Ten lovely ladies to watch out for every year and in particular in 2012. Talented actresses who can look back to awards, Co-Star and Guest Star appearances in hit shows (e.g. Grey's Anatomy), being a series regular (e.g. Babylon 5), successes in Blockbusters (e.g. New Year's Eve) and in short and independent films.
