Login to Hotmail.com
Go to the Options page.
On the left side of the page, click Mail, and then click Junk E-Mail Protection.
Click Safe List.
Type the address (i.e. "firstname.lastname@example.org") or domain (i.e. "imdb.com") and then click Add.
Click on Mail Options
Click on Address Book
Click on Add Contact
Enter the address 'email@example.com' and click on Save
