What are the benefits of the new design?

We have improved the title page experience by better highlighting movie trailers, movie showtimes and tickets, our numerous "on demand" video options, user ratings, user reviews, and critics reviews. For TV series titles, we've also improved the ability to find and browse episodes.

For name pages, we've better highlighted biographical information and improved the display of the filmography. Titles currently in development are grouped on the right side of the page.

On both pages, we've better organized content in order to help users more quickly find what they are looking for, and we've improved the browsing experience by providing bigger posters, pictures, and videos. We've improved the spacing between types of content, and increased the font size overall. These changes were made based on very specific feedback we received during the last redesign.

We hope to continue to improve these pages on a regular basis based on the current and changing needs of you, our users.
