Why does the image I submitted only appear in the gallery and not on the main credits page as I requested?

If you're seeing your image in the gallery, but it is not appearing as the poster image on the main credits page, there are two likely reasons:

  • The posting process is not yet complete: Since the gallery still images and poster images are added via two separate processes, sometimes a poster will appear in the gallery before it gets up on the main credits page. Please give the posters process a few hours to fully cycle out before writing to us with concerns.

  • You paid for gallery still image instead of a primary poster: If your poster still has not appeared on the main credits page a few hours after it has appeared in the gallery, you may also want to recheck the specifics of your order. Some people accidentally order gallery still submissions, thinking that this will place their image on their front page.
