Can I get a poster/gallery still image removed?

Primary Poster Image: Once a poster has been posted, we cannot remove it. We can only replace it with a new one. If you want to get rid of your current poster, you will need to pay the primary poster submission fee and submit a new one or specify a different image from your film's gallery as the replacement. Please note that we will not accept a blank image or a copy of our "no poster" icon as a replacement. Please note that the old poster will remain in your gallery unless you request a complete swap in the "handling instructions" when you submit the new poster.

Gallery Still Images: If the image is in the IMDb Poster Services category of your film's gallery stills, you may contact our editors to request its suppression from our site. This means the image will remain in the database and may be used by us in the future, but for the time being, it will not appear in your "IMDb Poster Services Photos" collection on www.imdb.com or IMDbPro. IMPORTANT: If you are submitting new images, you can suppress all old ones, but once a gallery has been created, our software requires it to have at least one active image in it, so you may not suppress all images in your film's gallery without submitting at least one new one at the same time.

When you submit images, you give us certain broad and permanent rights to use and publish them (see our Terms and Conditions). Any modification or suppression of images after they have been submitted is provided as a courtesy. The method, manner, granting, execution and term of modification or suppression is entirely at IMDb's discretion and all modifications or suppressions may be revoked at any time without notice.

Studio Stills and MPTv Photos: If you are the legal representative of the person or film represented in the image and know that the image is being used illegally in our Studio Stills, WireImage.com, or MPTv gallery categories, please contact the studio or agency that licensed it to us. If they ask us to remove it for legal reasons, then we can do so.

WireImage.com Images: If you have submitted a primary poster image through IMDb Poster Services, so we are sure we have at least one good, approved image of your film, you may request the suppression of up to half of the photos in the film's WireImage section on our site (to a maximum of 5 photos). Please note that you may only have such a suppression performed once every two years.
