I'd like to submit a photo for a deceased relative. Do I still have to pay?

We used to offer a "Family Tribute Waiver" for family members (or their authorized representative) who wished to submit a photo of a loved one who is no longer living, or who is retired from the film/television industry and above the age of 70.

We regret that, as of October 2010, this option is no longer available.
