Will submitting a poster/gallery still image get a page added to IMDb for my film?

The Poster Services staff only has access to deal with image processing issues, and therefore cannot add movies or shows to the site. To ensure the fairness and integrity of the process for adding titles, paying for an image submission will not help speed up or guarantee the approval of new titles to the database.
