1. Credits are always tied to a title. Credits for a new title will only appear after the title has been accepted and added to the site. This explains why new titles can initially appear to be empty: their cast/crew credits will usually begin to show up the following week.
2. Credits for the same person can be updated at different times (i.e. two credits for John Smith on the same film, one as actor and the other as writer, might appear on the site at different times even if they were submitted simultaneously).
3. Names that were not previously in the database require additional processing that usually adds at least another week to the cycle. For example let's say that you submitted 15 cast members for a film: the credits that belong to people with existing filmographies in the database will appear at least one week before credits for new/unknown actors (i.e. actors with no other pre-existing credits).
Please check our schedule for estimated processing times. If the missing credits were submitted before the number of weeks shown on that schedule, then you should try resubmitting any missing data, or write with specific details of what's missing so we can look into it.
