Why didn't you post my user review for movie X?

Unfortunately, owing to the massive volume of reviews we have to process each week, we simply do not have the staff to look into specific instances of rejected reviews. Please note that reviews take between 4 and 7 business days to be approved so you may well find that your submission is still waiting to go online. Reviews may be rejected if found to be in violation of our guidelines. If you are sure that the review was okay and more than 7 days have passed since you submitted it, please resubmit it.
