If you are experiencing one of these problems, there is no need for you to report it or contact us about it -- if it's listed here, we already know about it and we're working on it. Please check this page often for updates.

14 December 2012 An ongoing technical issue may cause problems with the following:
  • Adding titles to or removing titles from your IMDb Watchlist.
  • Viewing, editing, or creating list pages, including IMDb editorial video playlists and your IMDb Watchlist.
  • Viewing showtimes and coming soon pages, including Favorite Theaters.
  • Viewing related lists on name and title pages.
    		• We are currently working on a fix, and hope to restore full functionality to all list-related features soon.
    11 Aug. 2012 TV cast lists and links to the episode lists were missing from some TV title pages. This is fixed. The site was restored to the previous version.
    16 July 2012 Ratings/check-ins and other activity not posting on user's Facebook timeline. This should be fixed now, but you may need to logout/login and re-link your IMDb account to Facebook in order to having these notification appear again. See here for help on how to unlink/relink your Facebook account.
    10 Jun. 2012 Some users have reported receiving a fake email from IMDb.com asking to update their password This is a phishing attempt. See here for more details.
    11 May 2012 News articles are missing on name and title pages on the IMDb and Pro site when clicking on the News Articles link. This has been fixed.
    19 Jan. 2012 Accessing "Your Account" section and other account personalization features results in error (503) Problem has been solved. Please try again now
    9 Jan. 2012 Trying to access individual seasons of a TV show from the 'Seasons' link on the show's main page results in a 404/'page not found' error. This has been fixed.
    29 Dec. 2011 Problem with new IMDb Account registrations. Fixed.
    22 Nov. 2011 STARmeter/MOVIEmeter for the week of 11/20 not yet available. All Starmeter info is now up to date
    11 Nov. 2011 Some users have reported trouble logging into the site and having to try more than once before their login was accepted. Fixed
    9 Nov. 2011 Some Resume Photos and Posters have disappeared from the site. This affects a small percentage of images which were too small/low-resolution to be displayed correctly (i.e. smaller than 100x140 pixels) and had to be suppressed. If you are the original uploader, you will need to re-upload a larger version.
    2 Nov. 2011 Some filmography pages are empty or display an error on IMDbPro.com Fixed.
    27 Oct. 2011 Public lists were temporarily unavailable/not viewable. Fixed.
