Whilst we try to ensure that we process submissions as soon as possible, we also apply levels of prioritization against different lists to ensure that we get the highest profile data types for the most viewed pages to the site as quickly as possible to ensure the best possible user experience.
Please note that our ability to meet our target processing times is affected by factors such as holiday periods.

Please see the SLAs above which will indicate whether or not a list is failing its SLA. We do apologize if any backlog affects submissions that you have made and will endeavor to clear the backlogs as soon as possible.
NAKAs: NAKA data is awaiting migration to a new system and is not currently being processed (backlog dates to April 2012).
