- "Origens"is a thirteen episode series that shows musical Brazilian people's personal and musical origins. The series follows a talk show format, in which the maestro, composer and musical arranger Jota Moraes talks to the his guests about their musical origin and plays with them a few of his songs and some of Brazil's most popular songs. From the traditional Brazilian popular music to the modern pagode. Since the 70's is hard to find a song that arrived to the top tracks that wasn't produced or arranged by Jota Moraes. Conducted from the honored man himself, the series is a musical documentary, exploiting Jota's life history and several other amazing artists, that remember peculiar career facts and also talk about Jota's captivating personality and his importance in the history of Brazilian music. The scenes are mixed with images and personal videos that illustrate Jota's career, which has begone in the 60's. Besides, the series presents performances never viewed before of the maestro next to great Brazilian artists, such as Alexandre Pires, Djavan, Ed Motta, Michael Sullivan, Eliana Pittman, Rildo Hora, Péricles, Maria Rita, Leila Pinheiro, Arthur Maia, Tunai, Marcos Pontes, Mauricio Piassarollo, amongst other great musicians. The main subjects of the narrative are the beginning of his career in the country side of Sao Paulo, his influences and family tradition, his bands, the first jobs with well known artists, the soundtrack market, and the motel jingle that became a hit performed by Maria Bethânia, Gonzaguinha's partnership, the variety and the revolution of musical arrangements in several genders, the production of real master pieces of the Brazilian music and the national and international tours.
- Presented by singer song-righter Giana Cervi, Palco SC is a half hour talk show where the artists have the opportunity to talk about their personal and professional lives, besides performing a few of their own compositions. The show is recorded at Café Maestro Studios (located in Itajaí - Santa Catarina), directed by Marcelo Cássio and has Elaine Calove as executive producer. The first season was released in 2015. - De Show a Show com Yamandu Costa follows well known guitar player Yamandu Costa in a journey through different countries and regions of Brazil, where he discovers new music genders and meets local amazing local artists. With 12 episodes, the series shows all that happens in the backstage of the concerts and also has special appearances, like songwriter and singer Gilberto Gil, Brazilian rock'n'roll band Ira!, french accordion player Richard Galliano and Trio Madeira Brasil. The series is an original production of Café Maestro Produções, directed by Marcelo Cássio Silva. To accomplish this series, 10 months of recording were necessary and also a vast research of Yamandu's, his family and his friends personal files.
- Mercado Velho de Itajaí - 100 Anos de História e Boa Música is an original production of Café Maestro Produções, directed by Marcelo Cássio Silva. The documentary correlates the 100 years of existence of Itajaí's Old Market with the history of the city, mixed with great music and typical cuisine. Narrated by musician, writer and painter Rafaelo de Góes, the audience remembers the Itajaí from the 20th century and follows its cultural and historical advance throughout the years. Itajaí's Old Market is a meeting point for artists of all kind and breaths music, serving as a stage for emblematic *Rodas de Choro, that are also a part of the history of the city. To exalt the music atmosphere of the Market, the director put a "roda de choro" together especially for the documentary, which was recorded in June of 2018. With the musical direction by Ricardo Pauletti, 14 musicians take turns playing original songs and a few of brazilian's most classical music in a dignifying tribute to the Market's centennial. The gastronomy of the city is also well represented by chef Fátima Vanzuíta, who prepares a delicious meal with fresh products all acquired at the Fish Market. The documentary also shows several interviews with local celebrities, who tells a bit of their relationship with Itajaí's Old Market. *Traditional gathering of musicians who play the instruments in a circle.
