All the 7 masters then call upon their servants to fight for them to bring the Holy grail home.
- Kiritsugu and company are wrapping up after the assault on their castle, and the Einzbern Master decides to ignore Saber's desire to pursue Caster, instead leaving to finish off Kayneth. But Kayneth awakens to find himself bandaged and strapped to a bed.

- Waver has a hard time commanding his Servant Rider Iskander, as Rider is more interested in how the world has changed since his time and intends to conquer it once he wins the war. Saber has formed a poor opinion of Kiritsugu, considering him cold-hearted, but is surprised to see him have a tender moment with his daughter Illya. Saber also admits she admires Kiritsugu and Iri's wishes to save the world, as she also wishes to save Britain.
- Rider and Caster reconnect with their Masters when they delve deeper into their views. Caster wants to show his Master something he never saw which brought the attention of other Servants.
- Rider suddenly appears just as the battle with Lancer reaches its climax, much to Saber's consternation. Undeterred, Rider calls out to those observing the fight from the shadows... but it seems he's not the only heroic spirit drawn in by the battle.

- The battle between Caster vs other Servants keeps taking turns but Caster is determined to finish what he started. The caretaker is clueless about handling this issue.
- Rider is shifting Caster into his Reality Marble to buy some time. He asks the other Heroes to come up with a plan to finish Caster off. A phone call from Kiri gives them a fighting chance, but it comes down to Lancer making a difficult choice.
- Kayneth visits Risei and asks for his reward for Lancer's role in defeating Caster. Risei agrees to reward Kayneth with a Command Seal, but after receiving it, Kayneth immediately shoots and kills him to ensure that no other Masters can get one.
- With rules being broke and new players entering the tournament, the remaining Heroes and Masters are entering a new phase of the tournament. What Tokiomi does next will affect everyone.
- On an island in the Philippines, young Kiritsugu uncovers the horrible truth about his father's laboratory experiments.

- Saber is looking for Rider to finish their promised duel while Waver is replenishing Rider's mana. Zouken gifts the ultimate trump card to Kariya to win. Everything doesn't work out as Kiritsugu planned.
- Kotomine keeps bending the rules while creating a massive deceptive play involving the remaining Masters and Servants. Saber was led to face Rider.

- As Kiritsugu and Saber arrive at the theater on separate paths, Saber is attacked by a gun-wielding Berserker in the underground parking lot. Meanwhile, Rider and Waver encounter Archer on the bridge. As they share a final toast before their duel, Rider asks Archer to join forces with him and conquer the world and beyond, but Archer politely declines. Saber manages to destroy Berserker's gun, but is startledd to find he knows the exact length of her sword. She ask for his true identity, and Berserker removes his mask to reveal Sir Lancelot, one of Saber's most trusted knights, gravely shocking her. At the same time, a dying Kariya begins hallucinating due to his guilt over Aoi. Rider summons Ionian Hetairoi and he and his army charge at Archer. Archer pulls out his sword Ea and uses his Noble Phantasm Enuma Elish to destroy Rider's army and Ionian Hetairoi, sending them back into real world. Rider asks Waver if he would like to become his retainer, to which he agrees. Rider pulls out Waver from his horse and orders him to live on and pass down the tale of his final battle. Rider charges at Archer and is slain by Ea, but not before Archer tells Rider that he respects him as his equal. In admiration of his loyalty to Rider, Archer spares Waver's life and departs, leaving Waver mourning. Kiritsugu finally reaches Kirei, who has laid out his wife's body on the theater's stage.
- With Kiritsugu and Kirei fighting with all of their skills, Saber finally kills Lancelot where they share one last talk together. As both Kiritsugu and Kirei are about to give each other the finishing blow, a black ooze from the Grail's spreads over them.
- Saber destroys the Grail along with the theater before disappearing. As the smoke clears, Kiritsugu bears witness as the Grail's curse pours from the sky, consuming Archer and rapidly flooding through the city, bringing utter destruction to everything it touches.
