"The Flash: Flash vs. Arrow (#1.8)" (2014)
Barry Allen: How you doin', Dig?
John Diggle: You're fast.
Barry Allen: Did you guys not tell him about me?
Felicity Smoak: Well, seeing is believing, or... drooling.

Barry Allen: Uh, well, since you guys are here, why don't we team up? I'll help you find your boomerang man, you can help me find my super rage-a-holic.
Felicity Smoak: We'd love to.
Oliver Queen: No, we'll handle our business and head home.
Felicity Smoak: The fastest way to find out everything we need to know about the boomerang is to sic S.T.A.R. Labs on it.
Oliver Queen: Enough people know my secret identity.
Felicity Smoak: Fine. I'll go. They already know who I am. You can drop me off and I will meet up with you later.
Barry Allen: How 'bout I give you a lift.
Felicity Smoak: Whoo!
[takes Felicity and speeds off]
John Diggle: Man, that's not freaking you out?

Caitlin Snow: Barry has super powers. Oliver has a bow and arrow.
John Diggle: Do you have any idea how many people Oliver has killed with that bow and arrow?
Cisco Ramon: Recurve bow arrows can travel up to 300 feet per second, so, like, 200 miles an hour. Barry can run three times that fast.
John Diggle: Whatever. Oliver's been doing this a lot longer. My money's on experience.
Cisco Ramon: My money's on speed.
Felicity Smoak: Please tell me you're not actually having this conversation right now.

Felicity Smoak: How'd it go with Oliver?
Barry Allen: You know, to be honest, not exactly the partnership I thought it would be.
Felicity Smoak: Oh, did he really do the thing with the arrows?
Barry Allen: [exasperated] You knew he was gonna shoot me?
Felicity Smoak: Well, it is practically impossible to tell when Oliver's making a joke.

Caitlin Snow: Since when did we have facial recognition software?
Felicity Smoak: Happy Hanukkah.

Felicity Smoak: My shirt's on fire!
Barry Allen: Oh, I'm sorry!
Felicity Smoak: I'm glad I decided not to go braless.
Barry Allen: [sees Cisco and Caitlyn] You guys remember Felicity?
Cisco Ramon: I'll always remember this.

Felicity Smoak: Harrison Wells and Barry's cop foster dad both said you were dangerous and a bad influence. Barry defended you.
Oliver Queen: You're gonna hawk me about this until I say yes, aren't you?
Felicity Smoak: I'm a hawker.

Joe West: [about Barry] He was acting angry. It was scary. And his eyes... they glowed.
Caitlin Snow: It's possible that his body is fighting off the effect, so it's hitting him slower.
Dr. Harrison Wells: When it comes to rage, that is not a good thing. The longer you suppress your emotions...
Felicity Smoak: ...the bigger the explosion.
Joe West: Considering what he can do, how do we even stop him?
Cisco Ramon: A cold-gun would come in real handy right about now.
Joe West: Hey.
Cisco Ramon: I'm just sayin'.
Dr. Harrison Wells: None of us can stop Barry. Fortunately, Felicity knows someone who can. I think you better call back Oliver Queen. We're gonna need the Arrow's help.

Oliver Queen: My identity is a closely-guarded secret known only to a few and, if it were to get out, will endanger my family, my friends, and it would embolden my enemies to retaliate at me through them.
Felicity Smoak: What Oliver is trying to say is that he had a lovely time working with you and getting to know each of you, and he can't wait to do it again soon.
Oliver Queen: Right.
Cisco Ramon: You know, it didn't sound like that's what he was saying.

"Arrow: My Name Is Oliver Queen (#3.23)" (2015)
Ray Palmer: ...Why aren't we dead? Not that I'm complaining.
Malcolm Merlyn: Oliver was vaccinated against the Alpha Omega virus five years ago. An associate was able to draw a version of the vaccine from his blood.
Ray Palmer: A synthetic skin graft.
Malcolm Merlyn: Upon our incarceration, I was able to vaccinate each one of you cutaneously. I saved your lives. I believe the words you're searching for are "thank" and "you."
Felicity Smoak: Okay. Assuming this is all some part of a double double cross or a triple cross - I'm losing count - your master plan still has one major flaw, we're still chained in a dungeon.
Malcolm Merlyn: Patience, Miss Smoak. All we have to do is wait.
Laurel Lance: Wait for what?
Malcolm Merlyn: The thunder.
[hears thunder as The Flash enters the dungeon]

The Flash: Hi, you guys! Wow! This is like a real dungeon!
Felicity Smoak: Barry!
The Flash: Thank you, Felicity. You just outed my secret identity to a super villain. No offense.
Malcolm Merlyn: None taken. Now get us out of here!

Felicity Smoak: Thank you. And not to be greedy, but we could really use your help on this whole Starling City super virus thing.
The Flash: And you know I would, but I am overdue with for a very pointed conversation with Harrison Wells. I'm sure Oliver's got this.
John Diggle: I wouldn't count on it.
Laurel Lance: Oliver hasn't been very forthcoming with his plans lately.
The Flash: Well, I don't know what's been going on with him lately, apart from a recent wardrobe change. But one thing that hasn't changed is, he needs you guys. Even if he doesn't think so. Good luck.
[he speeds away]
John Diggle: I'll never get used to that.

John Diggle: You trusted Malcolm Merlyn more than you did the two people closest to you!
Oliver Queen: John, it wasn't about trust! It was about making sure that you and you were safe. I had to keep the circle as small as possible.
Felicity Smoak: How did you expect to repair all this after you got back?
Oliver Queen: I didn't. I flew with Ra's and the virus to Starling and I sabotaged the plane. A plan that was to kill Ra's and destroy the virus. It didn't work.
Felicity Smoak: How did you expect to survive the plane crash? You didn't. You never expected to have this conversation. You were planning on dying. So that was your big plan? Sacrificing yourself to take out Ra's?
Oliver Queen: It was the only way. At least now it didn't work, I get a chance to tell both of you how sorry I am.
John Diggle: Sorry won't cut it, Oliver. Not this time. But we have bigger problems than hurt feelings and broken trusts.
Oliver Queen: Laurel needs to contact her father. Ray needs a way to counteract the virus. I'm sure Malcolm told you we don't have a lot of time.

Oliver Queen: Felicity... I can't defeat Ra's al Ghul.
Felicity Smoak: Oliver Queen can't. The Arrow can't. Both those men tried and both those men failed. You remember what you said to me during that night in Nanda Parbat? You're no longer either of those men. You've become... someone else. Become something else. This... is different now. Because despite your best efforts, you've allowed yourself to feel something. I know you think that's a weakness, it's not. It's your key to beating Ra's. Don't fight to die. Fight to live.

Oliver Queen: When I started this, I wanted keep you away from it as far as possible, because that has always been my instinct - to go it alone. But the truth is that we won tonight because I wasn't alone. I thought that this crusade would only end with my death. But even if I had died tonight, it would live on because of you.
Oliver Queen: [to Ray] And you.
Oliver Queen: [to Thea] Oh, and you.
Laurel Lance: That's true. This city isn't lacking masks.
Oliver Queen: Heroes. Which is why I no longer to be one.
Felicity Smoak: What are you saying?
Oliver Queen: [to Felicity] Ra's took the Arrow identity from me. I couldn't be that person even I wanted to be. And I don't want to be. I told you that I couldn't be the Arrow and be with you. I want to be with you. You told me that I have become someone else, and I would like to... maybe discover a little more about that person. If you come with me.
Thea Queen: With you where?
Oliver Queen: Um... someplace far away from here. Even without me, Starling still had has heroes to watch it.

Felicity Smoak: So. where are we going? I'm thinking of a state can annul a Nanda Parbat wedding.
Oliver Queen: [chuckles] Can I say something strange? I'm happy.

The Flash: Hi, guys! Wow, this is like a real, actual dungeon!
Felicity Smoak: Barry!
The Flash: Thank you, Felicity. You just outed my secret identity to a super-villain. No offense.

"The Flash: All Star Team Up (#1.18)" (2015)
Dr. Harrison Wells: What exactly are we waiting for, Ms. Smoak?
Felicity Smoak: Up there.
Caitlin Snow: Is that a bird?
Cisco Ramon: It's a plane.
Felicity Smoak: It's my boyfriend.
Ray Palmer: Hi. I'm Ray.

Felicity Smoak: What is wrong with you? Is everyone in Central City in a bad mood? I thought Central City was supposed to be the fun one.

Barry Allen: Another bee attack. Folston Tech.
Eddie Thawne: I'll see where Joe is.
Felicity Smoak: Bee-ee careful.
Barry Allen: For real?
Felicity Smoak: Bad pun, Sorry. Just don't die.

Felicity Smoak: It is so fun to watch grown men play with their toys.
Caitlin Snow: You're so lucky. Ray's so nice and smart and hot.
Felicity Smoak: Yeah, it's kind of like I'm dating Barry but in Oliver's body. A sentence you will never repeat to anyone.

Felicity Smoak: Boom! Drop the mic! It's metaphorical, of course, because I don't have a real mic.

Felicity Smoak: She's good. She's like my nemesis. I've never had a nemesis before. I kinda like it.

Dr. Harrison Wells: Your ATOM suit. Quite the technological achievement, Mr. Palmer. I'm impressed.
Caitlin Snow: He is never impressed.
Ray Palmer: Well, thank you. But I can't quite seem to keep it up.
Felicity Smoak: He means the suit.
Ray Palmer: Yeah, I mean the suit.
Felicity Smoak: Yeah, I can attest that everything else works just fine. There's nothing we need to fix in *that* area.
Ray Palmer: No no, the sex is great.
Caitlin Snow: God, there's two of them.

"Arrow: Code of Silence (#4.14)" (2016)
Felicity Smoak: I really need you to take a look at these engagement party invites. My mom's been hounding me.
Oliver Queen: The envelope is very pink.
Felicity Smoak: I know. Wait! Don't...
[Oliver opens the invitation and glitter explodes everywhere]
Felicity Smoak: ...open it.
John Diggle: Should have totally seen that one coming.
Felicity Smoak: I'm so sorry. What do you think?
Oliver Queen: Maybe less glitter.
Felicity Smoak: You look good in glitter.

Laurel Lance: Okay, so clearly we're not gonna find Darhk by tailing his wife.
John Diggle: Yeah, well, it's not like we have a lot of moves left to make. Darhk has gone, well, dark ever since Machin attacked his family.
Oliver Queen: But Darhk is not afraid of Machin. He's just... his plan's gone to a new phase.
Thea Queen: And how do you know that?
Oliver Queen: Because H.I.V.E. spent months trying to cripple this city's leadership. They discouraged people from running for mayor. They even tried to co-op my candidacy.
Felicity Smoak: Yeah, then Mrs. Evil threw her hat in the ring.
Oliver Queen: There has to be a reason. Darhk did not try and destroy Star City so that his wife could be mayor. There's something that we're not seeing.

Laurel Lance: I got a look at the laptop before it got shot up, and there were blueprints on the screen.
Oliver Queen: So they are gonna take down another building. Felicity?
Felicity Smoak: I know. The first time we met, the first thing you asked me to do was pull data off a damaged laptop. It's kind of romantic.

Felicity Smoak: Curtis, why is my face on your screensaver?
Curtis Holt: At the risk of early termination, um... none of your business.
Felicity Smoak: Curtis!
Curtis Holt: Please don't ask. I'm, like, super bad with secrets. Okay, it's an early wedding gift, but it's really bad luck if you see it, so stop trying to see it.
Felicity Smoak: Okay, I think you're getting your wedding traditions confused, but fine, I will let it go. Lucky for you, I have more important concerns.
[handing him the shot-up laptop]
Felicity Smoak: I maxed out the computer power in the lair again, and I was hoping maybe your mainframe might have better luck.
Curtis Holt: I'll do my best.
Felicity Smoak: [turning to leave] Thank you. Really? Me on a screensaver. Hmm. Whatever this surprise is, it better be good.
Curtis Holt: Oh, it will be.

Felicity Smoak: That was fast.
Curtis Holt: You sound surprised. I don't know whether to be flattered or insulted.

Curtis Holt: After my surprise was blown on my gift, I wanted to finish it as soon as possible.
Felicity Smoak: [Curtis hands her a small, wrapped box] Thanks! We forgot to register for, uh, microchips.
Curtis Holt: Actually, it's neither micro nor a chip. It's an implantable biostimulant.
Felicity Smoak: And why would I need an implantable...
[realization dawns on her]
Felicity Smoak: ...biostimulant?
Curtis Holt: For walking.
Oliver Queen: Excuse me. Curtis...
Curtis Holt: In a perfect world, it'll work in time for you to walk down the aisle. I mean, but it's pretty cutting edge, so I can't promise anything.
Felicity Smoak: You're telling me that this little piece of technology's gonna help me walk again?
Curtis Holt: After it's implanted in your spine, yes.
Paul: He's been trying to crack it for a while, but he needed a power source; something that would last a lifetime.
Felicity Smoak: Palmer Technologies' power cell.
Curtis Holt: Exactly. Once I solved that, I knew this might actually work.
Felicity Smoak: [getting emotional] Oh, my god. I don't know what to say.
Oliver Queen: I do. Curtis, you're terrific. Thank you.
Curtis Holt: [they shake hands] Well, don't thank me yet. Still has to work.
Felicity Smoak: It'll work. I know it will. You, come with me. We're about to make my mother very happy.

Oliver Queen: Did Alex call with the new poll numbers?
Felicity Smoak: Well, Bethany Snow's right. He doesn't have to. Experts are saying that you already won.
Oliver Queen: Experts aren't the voters.
Felicity Smoak: Okay. Well, you at least have one voter in your camp.
Felicity Smoak: Me!
Oliver Queen: [kissing her] Only one that matters.

"Arrow: Green Arrow (#4.1)" (2015)
Felicity Smoak: Hey, how'd you like company back as an early Christmas gift?
Oliver Queen: You're doing a better job of running it than I would.
Felicity Smoak: It's flirting with bankruptcy.
Oliver Queen: Exactly. This is flirting.

Felicity Smoak: How was your jog?
Oliver Queen: It was good. I'm getting used to running without chasing after someone.

[Oliver and Felicity are sitting at a fancy dinner]
Felicity Smoak: So what's the occasion?
Oliver Queen: Do we need an occasion for dinner?
Felicity Smoak: No, ever since you discovered cooking life's been a never ending episode of Master Chef. But this isn't dinner, this is a production. Are we celebrating something?
Oliver Queen: Sort of depends on how dessert goes.
Felicity Smoak: Oh no. No, no. I'm almost disgustingly full.
Oliver Queen: You are going to have to try a bite or two of this souffle.
[Doorbell rings]
Felicity Smoak: Well, diet saved by the bell.

[as they drive towards Star City]
Oliver Queen: It's tough not to look out of this window and wonder.
Felicity Smoak: Wonder what?
Oliver Queen: What did we really accomplish?

Oliver Queen: Felicity, wanna play a game?
Felicity Smoak: What game are we playing?
Oliver Queen: We're playing the "reason that you know so much about these ghosts is because you've been helping the team behind my back" game.

Felicity Smoak: So my guilt for displacing Thea is only slightly outweighed by how amazing this place is.
Oliver Queen: Thea's actually been living with Laurel for the past few months. Ra's stabbed her right over there. We can get a rug.

"Arrow: City of Blood (#2.21)" (2014)
Felicity Smoak: I don't even know why I'm crying. I didn't even like Moira. Terrible thing to say about someone after they've just died. In my defense, she was not nice. She was diabolical. Not a word you often hear at someone's funeral.
John Diggle: You're not crying for her, Felicity, you're crying for Oliver.
Felicity Smoak: Where is he? How could he not be here?
John Diggle: I don't know...
Isabel Rochev: If Oliver's smart... He ran back to his island to hide. But maybe he'll attend your funerals.

Felicity Smoak: Seeing Roy like this reminds me of Barry. And Barry reminds me of S.T.A.R. Labs. S.T.A.R. Labs reminds me of the Mirakuru cure that they're working on, which we could really use... right now.

Felicity Smoak: [to A.R.G.U.S. technician] Is that the satellite frequency communicator TX50? Can I touch it? I know that sounds a little weird and creepy, but I've never seen one in real life.
Amanda Waller: It's classified equipment, Ms. Smoak.
Felicity Smoak: You must feel very powerful knowing everything about everyone. Not powerful in an evil dictator Stalin way. More of a... knowledge is power, way.

Oliver Queen: It ends tonight.
Felicity Smoak: How?
Oliver Queen: I turn myself over to Slade. I end this vendetta.
John Diggle: Oliver, you think this ends with you turning yourself over to Slade?
Oliver Queen: Yes, I do. After she was gone... he told me that one more person had to die. And then it would end. This ends for Slade when he kills me.
Felicity Smoak: I don't accept that. You shouldn't either. You can't just accept things, Oliver. If I had accepted my life, I would be a cocktail waitress in Vegas like my mother, and I never would have gone to college, and I never would have moved a thousand miles away to work at Queen Consolidated, and I never would have believed some crazy guy in a hood when he told me I could be more than just some IT girl.

John Diggle: Clinton Hogue. I have some questions for you.
Clinton Hogue: Go to hell.
John Diggle: You sure that's how you want to play it?
Clinton Hogue: You think I've never taken a beating before?
John Diggle: Pal, you're going to wish I beat you.
Felicity Smoak: Hi. I'll be your interrogator.

Clinton Hogue: Is this a joke?
Felicity Smoak: Clinton Hogue. Social security number 306003894.
Clinton Hogue: What the hell's this supposed to be?
Felicity Smoak: Oh, look at this. You have a bank account in the Cayman Islands. Wow. $2 million, quite a the little nest egg. But... looks like you just approved a wire transfer of $1 million to a charity here in Starling City. Very generous. What should I do with the rest?
John Diggle: Greenpeace.
Felicity Smoak: Great cause! And they really appreciate support.
Clinton Hogue: You bitch!
Felicity Smoak: Bitch with wi-fi.

"Arrow: Beacon of Hope (#4.17)" (2016)
Felicity Smoak: Go home, get some rest, get some chicken noodle soup.
Curtis Holt: You sound like my mother.
Donna Smoak: And I'm sure if she was here she'd tell you to listen to my favorite girl.

Donna Smoak: They just got their butts kicked by that - that - that Bee Man.
Felicity Smoak: This why we leave the nicknames to Cisco.

Brie Larvan: You never forget the hacker who sent you to prison.
Felicity Smoak: Hi.

Felicity Smoak: Ha ha! Lay down, "bee-yotch"!

Felicity Smoak: [to her mother] I don't know what's worse, the fact that you just spelled out "breakup" or that you misspelled it.

Felicity Smoak: Brie Larvan.
Donna Smoak: You know this whackadoodle?
Felicity Smoak: I had a run-in with her last year.
Donna Smoak: If this Brie Larvan is coming for you, we need to get you out of here.
Felicity Smoak: No, no, no. I don't think she knew who I was. She's after something else.
Thea Queen: She said something about an implant.
Felicity Smoak: A biostimulant microchip. There's only one working prototype.
Thea Queen: Where is it?
Felicity Smoak: In the base of my spine.

"The Flash: Invasion! (#3.8)" (2016)
Felicity Smoak: [after Supergirl, Team Flash, Team Arrow, and The Legends have met for the first time] Best. Team up. Ever!

Felicity Smoak: [to Mick] So, what was it like being mind-controlled and stuff?
Firestorm: I didn't realize he had a mind to be controlled.

Felicity Smoak: What's so urgent that you had to rush to Star City?
Barry Allen: Aliens.
Oliver Queen: Aliens?
Barry Allen: Aliens.
John Diggle: I swear to God, Barry. My life was somewhat normal life before I met you.

Thea Queen: Count me in.
Oliver Queen: For what? I thought you retired.
Thea Queen: Yeah, but it's... it's aliens.
Felicity Smoak: Aw, that is so cute. You guys are just gonna get together and go fight some aliens - have you lost your mind? They're are aliens, and there's only four of you.
Barry Allen: Not if we get Stein and, you know, all the others.
Oliver Queen: They're calling themselves the Legends.
Thea Queen: Egotistical but catchy.

Supergirl: Iris, Caitlin, and Felicity.
Felicity Smoak: Whoo!
Supergirl: Yes! And you have cold powers, but you can't use them?
Felicity Smoak: You have powers?
Caitlin Snow: It's a long story.

Felicity Smoak: Guys, it's Lyla. The president's been abducted by the Dominators. She needs us now.
Barry Allen: Okay, you guys go, all right? I'm gonna sit this one out, obviously. You have Supergirl. She's just as fast as I am. Get the president. We can talk about this later.
[the team starts to head out]
Barry Allen: You still trust me, right?
Supergirl: I'll always trust you, but it might take more to convince them.
Barry Allen: If you need me, I'll be there.
Oliver Queen: Guys, this is... Hey!
[everyone stops]
Oliver Queen: This is crazy! Everyone is going, including Barry. I... I'm not going without him.
John Diggle: Then you'll be here, Oliver.

"Arrow: Schism (#4.23)" (2016)
Felicity Smoak: Mom, get back!
Damien Darhk: This is your mother? Oh, goodie.
[lifts Donna off her feet right into his hand]
Damien Darhk: Persuading you to help me is going to be easier than I thought.
Felicity Smoak: Helping you do what? Your underground city's been destroyed.
Damien Darhk: I'm still going forward.
Felicity Smoak: So, what, you kill my mother if I don't help you destroy the world? Newsflash - my mother lives in the world.
Damien Darhk: Dying instantaneously of nuclear fire, rather painless, and then there's having your life force slowly sucked out like this.
Felicity Smoak: Mom!
Damien Darhk: What's it going to be, Miss Smoak?

Oliver Queen: We can't just lose all hope here.
Felicity Smoak: You have. I can see it in your eyes.
Oliver Queen: I just can't believe that I thought that I'd be the one to unite the city while Damien Darhk was trying to kill it. That was arrogant. It was the same arrogance that made me feel that I could be the Green Arrow without descending into darkness. Bottom line, it was foolish.
Felicity Smoak: You don't beleve that.
Oliver Queen: I didn't believe that... until Laurel died.
Felicity Smoak: I thought you weren't blaming yourself for her death anymore.
Oliver Queen: We made a decision to came back here. I tried to do things differently, and for a time, I did. And now I'm left to wonder if I hadn't, would Laurel still be alive?

Cooper Seldon: Hey, Felicity. How you doing?
Felicity Smoak: Who shot you?
Cooper Seldon: Guess. He's moving the bullet closer and closer to my spine. I said it would hurt so bad, I'd do anything to make him stop.
Curtis Holt: Like blow up the planet?
Cooper Seldon: Sorry, I'm a selfish bastard, but she knew that already.

Oliver Queen: It's Thea and John.
Felicity Smoak: Them leaving has to be a blow.
Oliver Queen: And they're leaving because of their own personal darkness. I just can't help but think that they were infected by mine.
Felicity Smoak: Maybe. Like you said, maybe you can't become a hero without succumbing to the darkness even a little bit, but you were able to defeat Darhk by giving the city its hope back.
Oliver Queen: You're saying it's not black and white?
Felicity Smoak: I'm saying that there is a man who killed Darhk in cold blood, and that same man stood on top of a car and gave the city its hope back. What you're feeling isn't darkness. It's a schism. You're at war with two sides of yourself.

Quentin Lance: All right, where's the fire?
[Felicity hands him a scrap of paper]
Quentin Lance: What's this?
Felicity Smoak: The safest place within a hundred miles to survive a nuclear attack. Based on wind patterns...
Quentin Lance: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Slow down. What are you talking about?
Felicity Smoak: The world's gonna end in two hours. I need you to take my mother there. Can you do that?

Oliver Queen: [after Ghosts attack the Bunker] Is everyone all right?
Felicity Smoak: I think "all right" is a relative term.

"Arrow: Lost Souls (#4.6)" (2015)
Felicity Smoak: He's wonderful - in a million different ways. But that's the problem, it's too easy to lose myself in him.
Donna Smoak: Baby, that's how it's supposed to feel. when you love someone. Believe it or not, he's lost himself in you. And you'll find yourself in each other. Just don't get in your own way. Don't ruin something that most people never get. Cause trust me, you'll never find a guy that hot who cooks.

Curtis Holt: Awesome. The Green Arrow's going to be kicking some ass tonight.
Felicity Smoak: [Sotto voce] If I don't kick his first!

Oliver Queen: I thought it would be a good thing.
Felicity Smoak: A good thing? What on earth made you agree to this?
Oliver Queen: Well, you know, your mom doesn't really take no for an answer.
Felicity Smoak: You've faced down Mirakuru soldiers and the League of Assassins. Are you honestly telling me that you couldn't say no to my mom?
Oliver Queen: She said she missed you and then she texted me one of those emojis with the single tear.
Felicity Smoak: You have been texting with my mother? How long has that been going on?
John Diggle: You guys think we can find a better time to fight about this?
Felicity Smoak: John? I thought only Oliver's line was open.
John Diggle: Nope. Mine is open.
Thea Queen, Laurel Lance: And mine.

Oliver Queen: Your mother's in town, spend some time with her. We could do dinner. I'll cook.
Felicity Smoak: You already made dinner plans with my mother, didn't you?
Oliver Queen: What? No.
[Felicity gives Oliver the 'look']
Oliver Queen: ... Yes.
Felicity Smoak: Oh! Oh, my God! It is like a sickness with you!
Oliver Queen: It wasn't intentional. We were having a nice conversation; the subject turned to cooking, I mentioned that I make a spectacular Chicken Cordon Bleu. She said she'd never had one. It's just dinner.
John Diggle: He's right, Felicity. Besides, you look like you haven't... eaten or slept.
Felicity Smoak: A man's life, a friend's life is in danger. Doesn't seem like the right time for Cordon Bleu.

[Felicity and Curtis parachute through a window to enter the building]
John Diggle: You two okay?
Felicity Smoak: Uh-huh.
Curtis Holt: We're not dead.
John Diggle: Good.

Felicity Smoak: You've faced down Mirakuru soldiers *and* the League of Assassins. Are you honestly telling me you couldn't say "No" to my mom?
Oliver Queen: She said she missed you then she texted me one of those emojis with a single tear.
Felicity Smoak: You have been texting with my mother? How long has that been going on?
John Diggle: You think we could find a better time to fight about this?
Felicity Smoak: JOHN? I thought only Oliver's line was open.
John Diggle: Nope. Mine is open.
Laurel Lance, Thea Queen: And mine.
The Canary: Can't believe there's so much chatter on this mission.

"Arrow: Unthinkable (#2.23)" (2014)
John Diggle: What's that?
Felicity Smoak: Proximity alarm. I rigged the tower with sensors just in case Slade's goons come in here to kill us. Slade's goons are here to kill us.

Nyssa al Ghul: I'm Nyssa, daughter of Ra's al Ghul. Heir to the demon.
Felicity Smoak: Felicity Smoak. M.I.T. Class of '09.

Felicity Smoak: Last time I didn't notice; it's actually kind of beautiful here. Don't get me wrong, I'm counting the seconds until we shove off minefield island.
John Diggle: So you think that'll be enough to hold him, A.R.G.U.S.'s super max?
Oliver Queen: Him and anyone else we send here. This battle may be over, but there will be others. Staring with getting my family's company back.
Felicity Smoak: That's not going to be easy since you're poor now. You're going to have to get a job. If Slade doesn't scare you, that's got to.
Oliver Queen: Do you know anyone hiring ex-billionaires with superior archery skills?

Felicity Smoak: Talk about unthinkable. You and me I mean. When you told me you loved me, you had me fooled for a second. I... Maybe you might have meant it, what you said. You really sold it.
Oliver Queen: We both did.

Felicity Smoak: Oliver, You're not making any sense.
Oliver Queen: Slade took Laurel because he wants to kill the woman I love.
Felicity Smoak: I know. So?
Oliver Queen: So he took the wrong woman.
Felicity Smoak: Oh.
Oliver Queen: I love you... Do you understand?
Felicity Smoak: Yes.

"Arrow: Darkness on the Edge of Town (#1.22)" (2013)
Oliver Queen: Mr. Andrews got his lunch?
Felicity Smoak: One Belly Buster with benzodiazepine. Hold the mayo.

Felicity Smoak: Are you okay?
Oliver Queen: My Mom and my best friend's Dad are involved in a conspiracy that may have dire consequences for the city. And I'm pretty sure they murdered my father. I'm not planning on using the word "okay" again any time soon.

Oliver Queen: Felicity, are you hacking into the Merlyn Global mainframe?
Felicity Smoak: "Hacking" is such an ugly word. No. I'm... Yeah. Totally hacking into the Merlyn Global mainframe.

John Diggle: We have to find out what this Undertaking is.
Oliver Queen: I gotta ask her.
Felicity Smoak: Well, no. The last time the vigilante paid your Mom a visit, you got shot, and I got to play doctor with you. Ahh! My brain thinks of the worst way to say things.
Oliver Queen: This time it'll just be me asking. Friendly mother-son chat.

Oliver Queen: Felicity, hold onto me tight
Felicity Smoak: I imagined you saying that under different circumstances,
Felicity Smoak: Very platonic circumstances.

"Legends of Tomorrow: Invasion! (#2.7)" (2016)
Barry Allen: This isn't up for debate. It's not even a close call. I mean... I turn my self over to the Dominators, they leave the rest of the world alone. Simple.
Felicity Smoak: No, it's not simple.
John Diggle: Barry, it doesn't matter what you've done. You can't do this.
Barry Allen: It's been an honor to know all of you, to fight alongside of you. Now it's up to you to keep our home safe.
Oliver Queen: Barry! I'm not letting you leave.
Barry Allen: No offense, Oliver, but you and what army?
Supergirl: This one.
Mick Rory: Listen, Red. I don't like you. But when you got a crew, you don't take a hit for the rest.
Barry Allen: That was actually pretty inspiring. I mean, up until the point that Mick compared us to a bunch of criminals, but...
Amaya Jiwe: According to the Dominators, we might as well be.
Nate Heywood: And maybe they're right. Maybe we do more harm than good, but this is our chance to find out.
Cisco Ramon: We're not letting you sacrifice yourself. There's no way. I don't care if that's what it means to be a hero. You're not a hero to me. You're my friend.

Felicity Smoak: Good work planting all of Professor Stein's nano-weapons, but we still got Dominators all over the country. This looks like a job for Supergirl.
The Flash: Thanks, Felicity. I'm not the least bit insulted.
Felicity Smoak: Ah, sorry. I mean Supergirl and Flash. This is totally a job for the both of you. That's what I meant. Supergirl and... Flash.

Cisco Ramon: I can't believe that you guys escaped an alien spaceship. Key words: "alien spaceship". I have questions.
Oliver Queen: They can wait. Thanks for helping me get my sister home.
Nate Heywood: Yeah, man.
Oliver Queen: What's our status?
Barry Allen: Nothing, since the Dominators paid their little visit to mess with our heads.
Nate Heywood: Why would they do that?
Ray Palmer: What if they were trying to pit us against each other, in order to gain intel about metahumans?
Felicity Smoak: Man, I wish they would just send us an IM with a questionnaire.

Felicity Smoak: I think you escaped 2016 to get away from Barry.
Cisco Ramon: Mm-mm. Excuse me, I escaped 2016 so that I could come see the Waverider and so that I could time travel.
Felicity Smoak: And?
Cisco Ramon: And... also, yes, I wanted to get away from Barry.
Felicity Smoak: Ha! You realize that's insane, right? You're holding a grudge against your best friend when the world is potentially going to end.
Cisco Ramon: I'm sorry, my best friend? He only killed my brother.
Felicity Smoak: He didn't kill...
Cisco Ramon: Okay, you're right, he didn't literally kill my brother. What I mean to say is he was responsible, okay? He just needed to save his family and in doing that, he ended up destroying mine.

Felicity Smoak: [returning to 2016 in the Waverider] I can't see. Why can't I see?
Cisco Ramon: At least you're not throwing up.
[she bends over and vomits]

"Arrow: The Candidate (#4.2)" (2015)
Oliver Queen: He left behind evidence.
John Diggle: Fingerprints.
Laurel Lance: How'd you get the owner to part with his windshield?
Oliver Queen: I bought his truck. It's one of the benefits of your girlfriend inheriting a multi-billion dollar conglomerate. We have money now.
Felicity Smoak: I don't exactly think that was money well spent.

Felicity Smoak: Let's get one thing straight. The only person who gets to talk in sentence fragments around here is me.

Oliver Queen: Both Lance and Jessica Danforth said something to me about this city needing something that the Green Arrow can't offer them.
Felicity Smoak: A decent sushi restaurant?
Oliver Queen: Hope. Inspiration. Someone who can do things in the light who isn't afraid. Someone who can protect himself. Felicity, I'm gonna run for Mayor.

Felicity Smoak: I want a code name.
Oliver Queen: What?
Felicity Smoak: Everyone's got a code name; you even got a new one. I want a code name.
Oliver Queen: Find the bomb, and then we'll talk.

Oliver Queen: Any news?
Felicity Smoak: Only the bad kind.
Oliver Queen: Hey, we're going to catch this guy.
Felicity Smoak: Yeah, and when we do, there's going to be another one waiting for us, and another, and another. It's like the most depressing game of whack-a-mole ever.

"Arrow: Three Ghosts (#2.9)" (2013)
John Diggle: Kid saved your live, Oliver.
Felicity Smoak: This is the point in a lifesaving emergency where you thank the person that did the lifesaving.
Oliver Queen: You told him who I am.
Felicity Smoak: Yeah, I did.
Oliver Queen: That's not your secret to tell, Felicity. I decide who finds out my identity.
Felicity Smoak: Well, we didn't have have time to get your vote, what with you unconscious and dying.
Oliver Queen: What happens when he leaves here and goes right to the police?
Felicity Smoak: He wouldn't do that.
Barry Allen: I wouldn't do that.
Felicity Smoak: I trust him.
Oliver Queen: I don't!
Felicity Smoak: What are you gonna do, put an arrow in him?
Oliver Queen: I am considering it.
Felicity Smoak: [to Barry] Don't worry, he's kidding!
Felicity Smoak: How is this any different from when your mother shot you and you came to me for help?
Barry Allen: Your mother shot you?
Felicity Smoak: Or when you brought Dig down here when he was poisoned with curare?
Oliver Queen: The difference is that I did my homework on both of you! I just don't tell people easily.
Barry Allen: I'm not gonna tell anyone. And you don't have to thank me, but you should thank her instead of being kind of a jerk. Mr. Queen.

Oliver Queen: Barry. The rat poison that you gave me... are there any side effects?
Barry Allen: Uh, yeah, I think hallucinations, maybe. And excessive sweating. Are you sweating excessively?
Felicity Smoak: You're hallucinating? What do you see?
Oliver Queen: A girl named Shado that that was with me on the island.
Felicity Smoak: Shado. Sara. How many women were you marooned with? Are you sure this wasn't Fantasy Island?
Barry Allen: You did train in a jungle or a forest environment, hence the green.

Oliver Queen: Roy was injected with the serum.
Felicity Smoak: Oh, my God, is he okay?
Oliver Queen: He's alive. But we are going to have to keep an eye on him.
John Diggle: And Cyrus Gold?
Oliver Queen: Died on Saturday, buried on Sunday.

John Diggle: Even the Arrow deserves a Christmas present.
Felicity Smoak: Here.
[Felicity puts the mask on Oliver]
Oliver Queen: How do I look?
Felicity Smoak: Like a hero.

"Arrow: The Brave and the Bold (#3.8)" (2014)
Cisco Ramon: [after seeing Thea] Yo, who was the hottie?
Roy Harper: [simultanously with Felicity] My ex-girlfriend.
Felicity Smoak: [simultanously with Roy] Oliver's sister.
Cisco Ramon: So stay away, is what you're saying.

Cisco Ramon: We want to see the Arrow Cave.
Felicity Smoak: We don't call it that. Ever.
Cisco Ramon: I want to see the toys! I need to see the toys. Do you guys have an Arrowmobile?

[watching Barry working out on the salmon ladder]
Caitlin Snow: How often does Oliver do this?
Felicity Smoak: At least every Wednesday. There's a lot of sweating.

Barry Allen: That dude was tossing exploding boomerangs. They needed some back-up. And I need some dinner. That salmon ladder made me hungry for sushi.
[Barry super-speeds off causing papers fly off the desk]
Felicity Smoak: And I need to get some paper weights down here!

"Arrow: Unchained (#4.12)" (2016)
Oliver Queen: What's crazy is Roy stealing from tech companies. What did he take this time?
Felicity Smoak: A triode capacitor bomb. Tiny device, really huge boom.

Oliver Queen: How's it going?
Felicity Smoak: This tiny piece of plastic has more computing power in it than most high-end laptops. I have half a mind to reverse engineer it for Palmer Tech.
Oliver Queen: But first?
Felicity Smoak: Yes, I found a tiny flaw in the OS code, and I'm pretty sure I can exploit it to open a back door to his main computer system.
Oliver Queen: Right, but wouldn't that risk exposing us?
Felicity Smoak: My pride that you understood what I was saying is slightly undercut by your lack of faith in me.

Oliver Queen: So a web nuke needs to be deployed somewhere. We need to know where the Calculator wants to install it.
Felicity Smoak: I am not calling him that on principle, because it is a lame codename.

Felicity Smoak: I'm conducting a review of all the nodes, sub-nodes, and network access points where the web nuke would do the most damage.
Oliver Queen: Any luck?
Felicity Smoak: [in a burst of frustration] Why you always ask me that? If I had any luck looking for what I'm looking for, I would be telling you about it instead of looking for it.
[calming down]
Felicity Smoak: Sorry. Stressed.

"Arrow: Deathstroke (#2.18)" (2014)
Roy Harper: Sorry, I'm just having a hard time keeping my head in the game today.
Oliver Queen: Thea?
Roy Harper: I can't just stop thinking what's the worst that can happen if I just told her the truth.
Felicity Smoak: Well, I told a guy the truth and he got struck by lightning. To be fair, probably won't happen again, statistically.

Oliver Queen: With Slade out there, I don't have time for the company.
Felicity Smoak: Well, you have to make time, Oliver. At least three hours. The annual board meeting. There's absolutely zero way that the CEO can avoid being there. And I know it's been a while, so in you case you've forgotten, that's you. Do you remember where you put your business suit? Or do you keep it in a cool glass case, too?

Felicity Smoak: Wait! Do you think that it's Oliver's fault that Slade took Thea?
Roy Harper: I think it was his fault that I wasn't there to stop Slade.
Sara Lance: And I think you're just blaming Oliver because you lost Slade.
Roy Harper: Well, of course you're taking his side, you're screwing him.

Sara Lance: Hey, where are you going?
Roy Harper: Well, sitting around here isn't helping Thea, now is it?
John Diggle: Neither is you running off half-cocked, Roy.
Roy Harper: I know that you think this is the Mirakuru, but it's not. I'm right, and you know that I am. So you better get the hell out of my way.
Felicity Smoak: Roy, just calm down. It's what Thea would want us to do.
John Diggle: She's right, Roy. Come on, let's throttle back.
[Roy grabs Diggle and takes him down, Sara fires a warning arrow]
Sara Lance: Next one goes into your chest. Let him go.
Roy Harper: You would honestly kill me because I dare to criticize the almighty Oliver Queen?
Sara Lance: No, I'd kill you because you're hurting my friend. Let him go.

"Arrow: Keep Your Enemies Closer (#2.6)" (2013)
Felicity Smoak: This is Knyazev's man inside the prison. A guard.
Oliver Queen: He'll know where in the Gulag Lyla is being held.
Felicity Smoak: When all hell breaks loose, you need to meet us at the rendevous point with Lyla, or...
John Diggle: Or I'm a permanent Russian.

Felicity Smoak: What happens in Russia stays in Russia. Even when it makes no sense whatsoever.

Felicity Smoak: What were you thinking?
Oliver Queen: What?
Felicity Smoak: Over 64 million woman over the consent in Russia and you sleep with her.
Oliver Queen: So we're not doing the "What happens in Russia stays in Russia?"
Felicity Smoak: We're still in Russia.

Felicity Smoak: Why her? I mean, besides the obvious leggy model reason.
Oliver Queen: It just kind of happened. It didn't mean anything.
Oliver Queen: Hey. Because of the life that I lead, I just think that it's better to not be with someone that I could really care about.
Felicity Smoak: Well, I think... I think you deserve better than her.

"Arrow: Dark Waters (#4.9)" (2015)
Felicity Smoak: If we can reduce just 40% of the toxicity that's produced by the bacterial micro-organisms that have just sprung up here...
Young Girl with Glasses: We can swim in just 12 more days if the restitution rates stay consistent.
Felicity Smoak: Yes.
Laurel Lance: She's like a mini-you.

[about Captain Lance dating Felicity's mother]
Quentin Lance: Listen, um, Laurel doesn't know.
Felicity Smoak: Yeah, I'm gonna hit myself with something very heavy so that I don't know either.

Laurel Lance: Are you sure that Darhk didn't make it out of the explosion?
Felicity Smoak: Have you seen any horror movies? These guys don't stay dead. Especially if you can't find the body.

Oliver Queen: [after Darhk's attack on his campaign cleanup of Star City Bay] Any news on the victims?
Felicity Smoak: Some are being released. Some are still in surgery. It's a miracle no one died.

"Arrow: This Is Your Sword (#3.22)" (2015)
John Diggle: I hate when they run!
Felicity Smoak: Well, at least you're getting your cardio workout in. I still have 40 minutes on an elliptical in my immediate future.

John Diggle: What is this about, Malcolm?
Malcolm Merlyn: Well, this isn't going to be easy for all of you to believe...
Felicity Smoak: Because you're a sociopath and a liar.
Malcolm Merlyn: Be that as it may, this would be much quicker for all of us if we can fast forward through this cynicism and reach the conclusion that I am telling you the truth.
John Diggle: About what?
Malcolm Merlyn: Oliver. His allegiance with the League is a charade.
Felicity Smoak: Why would you even begin to play with our emotions like that?
Malcolm Merlyn: This plan was born the moment Oliver realized that he had to capitulate to Ra's to save Thea.
John Diggle: And instead of sharing this plan with us, he trusted you?
Laurel Lance: The man who had my sister murdered.
Malcolm Merlyn: Well, I am better practiced in the art of deception. And no offense, none of you are particularly good actors.

Malcolm Merlyn: Can you bring it down from the sky?
Felicity Smoak: They destroyed my gear. But I had some insurance come along.
Malcolm Merlyn: What kind of insurance?
[the Atom arrives]
Felicity Smoak: The atomic kind.

[after watching a video of the virus-outbreak in China]
Felicity Smoak: You don't really believe Merlyn?
John Diggle: Well, looking at this, we can't afford not to believe Merlyn.
Felicity Smoak: He is a mass murderer who has lied to us so many times it should be a drinking game.

"Arrow: Genesis (#4.20)" (2016)
John Diggle: Andy told me that Genesis was coming.
Felicity Smoak: I don't think so. Phil Collins said they'd never tour again.

John Diggle: [realizing Darhk's Genesis is comparable to the Old Testament] God wanted to give the world a do-over, so he destroyed it.
Oliver Queen: He destroyed it with a flood. Rubicon is Darhk's flood.
Felicity Smoak: So nuclear annihilation is Darhk's flood. What's he planning on building as his ark?

Felicity Smoak: When you said that you'd found someone to teach you magic, I was thinking, like, a mountaintop or a hidden temple, not Hub City's premier underground casino.
Oliver Queen: Well, with Constantine I have learned to expect the unexpected.
[they're stopped by a door watchman]
Oliver Queen: I'm betting on Fortuna.
[they're allowed in]
Oliver Queen: Now, he was a little bit vague with the specifics. He just said
[imitating Constantine]
Oliver Queen: "Pitch game, first game, mate. See if you're worthy."

Oliver Queen: Are you okay?
Felicity Smoak: Are you?
Oliver Queen: No.
Felicity Smoak: You know what you have to do right? You have to kill that son of a bitch.
Oliver Queen: I know. I don't know how.
Felicity Smoak: Because of his magic.
Oliver Queen: His ma - it's too strong. I've seen it before, back on Lian Yu, and it is not just magic. It's darkness, and whenever I have come up against it I have gone nowhere. It - he feels unstoppable.
Felicity Smoak: I refuse to believe that. I refuse to let you believe that. If Darkh wins, Laurel died for nothing. I fell in love with you for many reasons and one of those reasons is is that you always find a way, and you have to find a way now for Laurel, for the city... For all of us.

Superhero Fight Club 2.0 (2016) (V)
Felicity Smoak: Welcome to Superhero Fight Club 2.0.
Cisco Ramon: More like Fight Club 9.0. The last one was about as legit as Commodore 64.

Martian Manhunter: Anyone in a betting mood? My money's on Supergirl.
John Diggle: [drops his hamburger as J'onn morphs into Martian Manhunter] Did you guys know he's an alien?
Cisco Ramon, Felicity Smoak: Yes.

Cisco Ramon: Enter the sphere of fear.
Felicity Smoak: You know, it sounds a bit rhymey. Like it doesn't exactly scream, "You should be screaming."
John Diggle: How about "Orb of Death"?
Cisco Ramon: Dig, stay in your lane. You know who does the naming?
[points at himself]
Cisco Ramon: This guy.

Supergirl: That was awesome! What else you guys got?
Felicity Smoak: Yeah, Cisco. What else you got?
Cisco Ramon: I'm so glad you asked.
[releases Grodd]
The Flash: The only other rule of Super Hero Fight Club is never ask for more Fight Club.
Supergirl: Oh, God. Monkey!
The Flash: Bad monkey.
Grodd: Not God, Grodd!

"Arrow: The Calm (#3.1)" (2014)
Ray Palmer: Hey!
Felicity Smoak: What are you doing here? And the answer better not be "stalking me".
Ray Palmer: Well, that depends on whether you consider pinging your phone's GPS stalking... Okay, guilty.

Oliver Queen: So you like Italian?
Felicity Smoak: What?
Oliver Queen: For tonight. You like Italian, right? Everyone likes Italian.
Felicity Smoak: Oliver, you're in the middle of a high speed chase.
Oliver Queen: I'm multitasking.

Ray Palmer: All my data's been replaced with audio files of porcupine flatulence. And so I was hoping that whoever did it might be willing to undo it if I apologized for misleading them in any way.
Felicity Smoak: That would probably work. Oh, unless, of course, you did all that to steal that person's friend's company, in which case I would suggest getting used to the sound of spiky rodents farting.

Oliver Queen: We need to talk.
Felicity Smoak: I don't want to talk. Which, for me, I know is a little unprecedented. But... as soon as we talk, it's over.
Oliver Queen: I'm so sorry. I thought that I could be me and The Arrow. But I can't. Not now. Maybe not ever.
Felicity Smoak: Then say never. Stop... dangling maybes. Say it's never going to work out between us. Say you never loved me. Say...
Oliver Queen: Felicity. *he kisses her* Don't ask me to say that I don't love you.
Felicity Smoak: told you as soon as we talked... it would be over.

"The Flash: Legends of Today (#2.8)" (2015)
Felicity Smoak: "Felicity, the magnetic-arrow gag will never work." Huh. Yes, it will, my love, because I am really smart. And guess what, Oliver. It did work.
Oliver Queen: Felicity, honey, it's a little hard to fight with you doing that in my ear.
Felicity Smoak: Oh, I totally forgot that this is an open line. Keep doing what you're doing. Make smart decisions.

Felicity Smoak: [striking Barry] How come you didn't tell me Zoom broke your back?
Barry Allen: I...
Felicity Smoak: [hugging Barry] Oh, I'm so glad you're okay.
Barry Allen: [to Oliver] So this is what it's like dating her?
Oliver Queen: More bruises from her than from Deathstroke.

Kendra Saunders: Okay, S.T.A.R. Labs is impressive, but this is...
Cisco Ramon: [looks at Team Arrow's computer] This is completely wrong!
Felicity Smoak: Mm?
Cisco Ramon: Did you guys even look at the specs I sent over? This is a tragedy. I'm mourning the death of engineering. Copper wiring to handle the process speed from the Palmer Satellite, or else your system is gonna overload.
Felicity Smoak: Yeah, but that hasn't happened. I mean, it hasn't happened since last week. I mean, it didn't... It happened yesterday.

"Arrow: Sins of the Father (#4.13)" (2016)
Noah Kuttler: We are the same, you and I.
Felicity Smoak: I am pretty sure that I didn't try to kill 8,000 people.

Felicity Smoak: [revealing her father is the Calculator] He showed up at my Palmer Tech presentation. I had coffee with him yesterday, where he dropped the Calculator bomb on me.
John Diggle: And why would he do that?
Felicity Smoak: Apparently, now that he knows what I do, that we're both "vigilantes", we have something in common. The sickest part is I want to believe him. I wish there were some sort of test I could do that would prove that is who he says he is.

Felicity Smoak: When I was a girl, I hated myself. I thought I was broken; that no one could, or ever would, love me. It's the only way a child can grow up when their father abandons them.
Noah Kuttler: Felicity...
Felicity Smoak: All I ever wanted to know was why. What was so wrong with me that you would leave?
Noah Kuttler: There was nothing wrong with you, sweetheart. There was everything wrong with me. The police, the FBI, they were never going to stop looking for me. I realized a life on the run, that wasn't the life that I owed you or your mother, so I disappeared.
Felicity Smoak: You thought you were doing the right thing for us.
Noah Kuttler: Exactly.
Felicity Smoak: I have waited my entire life for that explanation, and the thing is I don't even know if I believe it.
Noah Kuttler: It's the truth.
Felicity Smoak: There is only one part of your story that I know to be true, and that is that you are wanted by the police
Noah Kuttler: [Captain Lance enters with a handful of patrol cops] Felicity...
Felicity Smoak: I just need you to know one thing. You are wrong. I am nothing like you.

"Arrow: Invasion! (#5.8)" (2016)
Cisco Ramon: What about this? I took it off the Dominator ship that crashed in Central City.
Felicity Smoak: You what?
Curtis Holt: We're gonna hack alien tech. This is seriously the best day in my entire life.

Curtis Holt: I feel like Elliot in "E.T." "It's working, it's working!"
Cisco Ramon: Your tech guy quotes movies, huh?
Felicity Smoak: Yeah.
Cisco Ramon: Real original.

Moira Queen: You're never without me, my beautiful boy. There's nothing else to say except I could not be more proud of you've become - someone else - something else.
Felicity Smoak: You honor the dead by fighting. AND YOU ARE *NOT DONE* FIGHTING!
Tommy Merlyn: I know I called you a murderer. But you are not. You are a hero!
Roy Harper: You saved my life. You gave me a purpose. This time we had to save you.
Laurel Lance: I know who you are in your *bones*, Oliver. And that person doesn't give up!
Robert Queen: It's your responsibility now!

"Arrow: The Undertaking (#1.21)" (2013)
Felicity Smoak: It feels really good having you inside me... And by you I mean your voice. And by me I mean my ear. I'm going to stop talking. Right now.
Oliver Queen: That would be my preference.

[Felicity is posing as a woman named 'Megan' just got banned from an illegal casino]
Dominic Alonzo: Oh, yeah, Megan, one more thing. You see, the thing about card counters is, uh...
[Hidden earpiece is found and removed from Felicity]
Dominic Alonzo: Sometimes they work with a partner.
[Stomps on and destroys the device, prompting Oliver to go into action]
Felicity Smoak: You're gonna be really upset when you meet my partner.

Felicity Smoak: It feels really good having you inside me. And by you, I mean your voice. And by me, I mean my ear. I really need to stop talking now.
Oliver Queen: That would be my preference.

"Arrow: The Offer (#3.16)" (2015)
Felicity Smoak: You okay?
Oliver Queen: I handed some of Amar's men over to Lance. He knows the Arrow knew about Sara, didn't tell him.
Felicity Smoak: What did Lance say?
Oliver Queen: Some variation of "go to hell."

Felicity Smoak: [whistles] Nice work.
Oliver Queen: Not without a few casualties, but Amar is in custody.
Felicity Smoak: So that's a no on the whole victory dance thing, then?
Oliver Queen: You know me. I don't dance. But I do occasionally say... thank you.
Felicity Smoak: You're welcome.
Oliver Queen: And you were right.
Felicity Smoak: Ah, a "thank you" and a "you were right." I should really be recording this.

Oliver Queen: We went up against a new crew last night. One of them had his lips sewn shut.
Felicity Smoak: Is that a real thing?
Oliver Queen: Apparently.
Felicity Smoak: Ugh. If only I had known I had that option.

"Arrow: Uprising (#3.12)" (2015)
Quentin Lance: You guys have been busy.
Felicity Smoak: Just trying to keep things together. Doesn't really feel like it's been working.
Quentin Lance: How can I help?
Felicity Smoak: Can you? I mean, I thought the mayor was pretty specific about blues staying out of the Glades.
Quentin Lance: It doesn't mean I can't help the Hood Squad off the books.
Felicity Smoak: We call ourselves Team Arrow. Well, actually, that's just me, but...
Quentin Lance: I just got everything we have on Brick from evidence lockup.
Felicity Smoak: Okay. I'll send Arsenal over once the next brushfire's put out.
Quentin Lance: Arsenal? What, are you guys just pulling names out of a hat now?

Roy Harper: You ready? It's okay to say you're scared.
Laurel Lance: Okay. I'm scared. Is what we're doing crazy?
Roy Harper: I've learned it's better to ask that question when I'm not wearing a mask.
John Diggle: There's never been an armed occupation in history that wasn't overthrown in force. An all-out assault on Brick. That's the only way to end this.
Felicity Smoak: Then let's end this one way or the other.

Oliver Queen: Felicity...
Felicity Smoak: I need some air really means I don't want to talk right now...
Oliver Queen: I'm sorry...
Felicity Smoak: For what? Maybe you could be a little more specific: Letting us think you were dead? For weeks? Or by abandoning every principle you claimed to have by getting into bed with Malcom Merlyn?
Oliver Queen: That's not what has you upset.
Felicity Smoak: When you were gone... for almost a month... I allowed myself to fantasize. To dream that maybe, just maybe... Merlyn was wrong. That you were alive. That you'd come back.
[Off Oliver]
Felicity Smoak: And that when you did, maybe you'd be different. That almost dying would give you a new perspective on life. That you would do things differently...
Oliver Queen: Things between us, you mean.
Felicity Smoak: Before you left, the last thing you said was that you loved me.
[What hurts]
Felicity Smoak: Now you're back... And the first thing you tell me is that you're working with the man who turned your sister... who you're supposed to love... into a killer, who killed a woman you used to love.
Felicity Smoak: I don't want to be a woman you love.

"Arrow: Legends of Yesterday (#4.8)" (2015)
Thea Queen: A bunch of superheroes in a farmhouse? I feel like I've seen that in a movie before.
Oliver Queen: We need a secure location.
Caitlin Snow: What's wrong with S.T.A.R. Labs?
Oliver Queen: Well, I mean, absolutely nothing if you forget about the revolving doors you installed so the bad guys to come and go as they please.
Caitlin Snow: Remind me again what happened to your old lair, or the one before that.
Felicity Smoak: Well, lair number one was compromised by the police, and...
[Oliver looks at her]
Felicity Smoak: I will stop helping.

Kendra Saunders: It's the calamity Professor Boardman was referencing. The meteors, they had a glow about them. And Savage's staff had two gemstones with the exact same glow.
Barry Allen: Yeah, the gemstones might be made up of the same element as the meteorite.
Felicity Smoak: The Egyptians would use meteorite in their craftsmanship.
Caitlin Snow: And the minerals glow proximity to each other.
Cisco Ramon: Like Sankara Stones.
Thea Queen: Oh, wait, the Indiana Jones reference is the only thing I understood.

Felicity Smoak: Oliver, you are the only person on this planet who considers the truth complicated.

"Arrow: A.W.O.L. (#4.11)" (2016)
Green Arrow: Overwatch, we're on site.
Felicity Smoak: Excuse me?
Green Arrow: Well, I thought that it was time you got a code name. What do you think?
Felicity Smoak: It's perfect.
Green Arrow: Was gonna go with Oracle, but it was taken.

Felicity Smoak: I love how playing superhero is what we consider normal.

Felicity Smoak: Thank you for always being on my side.
Oliver Queen: No place I'd rather be.

"Arrow: Dodger (#1.15)" (2013)
Oliver Queen: It's not how I typically get my information.
Felicity Smoak: How do you typically do it?
Oliver Queen: I find the person. And then I put the fear of god into them until they talk. But we can try it your way.

Felicity Smoak: The first time anyone's ever been grateful for traffic cameras.

Felicity Smoak: Where are we going to get our hands on a rare Spanish antiquity?
John Diggle: You really have no idea how rich his family is, do you?

"Arrow: Lost in the Flood (#4.22)" (2016)
Felicity Smoak: Go to hell.
Damien Darhk: Why bother? I'm going to bring it to us.

Felicity Smoak: This is my father - Noah Kuttler.
Curtis Holt: Noah Kuttler, huh? You know, it's funny because there's this super hacker who's wanted by the FBI whose name is also Noah Kuttler. He's kind of a big deal on the dark web.
Noah Kuttler: Honestly, I thought they could have used a more flattering photo for the wanted poster.

Felicity Smoak: H.I.V.E. was behind the Havenrock explosion. They stole a cyber weapon called Rubicon and now are using it to commandeer the world's nukes, so we have less than 24 hours to stop it, or the world is going to experience the sequel to "WarGames."
Curtis Holt: Actually, there was a direct-to-dvd sequel in 2008, but it was a bomb, too, so that reference still holds.

"Arrow: The Fallen (#3.20)" (2015)
Ra's al Ghul: You know, many lifetimes ago, I loved a woman immeasurably. And she loved me. And we had a son and then a daughter. And for many years, I felt I was the most fortunate man in the world. My life was bliss. And one night, a man came to my door and he gave me a horrible choice - to leave without saying a word to them, or to stand and watch them tortured and then killed. And I left without a farewell. And to spare them pain, I endured an agony worse than death.
Felicity Smoak: Sounds like you gave up too easily.
Ra's al Ghul: If there's one immutable truth about life... it's often more cruel than it is fair, and rarely provides an opportunity for any of us to find closure. And all your posture and all your threats of war will merely deal the inevitable, causing you to forfeit you the opportunity you have... that was denied me. You need to tell Oliver goodbye. Tell him how much you love him. Tell him whatever it is your heart needs to express. And do it now. Before he is lost to you forever.

Felicity Smoak: I wish that I could change your mind about staying here, but I know I can't. Just like I know that leaving you here is going to destroy me. I don't regret a single moment. And you shouldn't either. You have done so much. You have saved so many people's lived and you have changed so many for the better, including mine. Knowing you has changed my life. You've opened up my heart in a way I didn't even know was possible. I love you.

John Diggle: Oliver. Oliver, I don't know what to say
Oliver Queen: I do. John, you're the best man I've ever known. Whatever happens, you're my brother.
[Oliver and Diggle embrace]
Felicity Smoak: I'm afraid I will never forgive myself for leaving you here.
Oliver Queen: You told me once that life's precious and that you wanted more from it than I could offer you. Don't give up on that. The only way that I'm gonna survive this is if I know that you're out there living your life, happy.
Felicity Smoak: We're always saying goodbye to each other. You'd think I'd be good at it by now.
Oliver Queen: Well, let's not say goodbye this time.
[Oliver and Felicity kiss]

"Arrow: Birds of Prey (#2.17)" (2014)
Felicity Smoak: Oliver, where are you? Are you okay?
Oliver Queen: I'm with Lance as Oliver, and he just called the Arrow.
Felicity Smoak: Oh. Oh! It's getting really hard to keep track of who knows whose secret identity.

John Diggle: Helena Bertinelli. Daughter of mob boss Frank Bertinelli.
Felicity Smoak: Or as I like to call her, Oliver's psycho ex-girlfriend hell-bent on revenge against her father.
Black Canary: Ex-girlfriend?
Oliver Queen: That's what you took from that sentence?

Felicity Smoak: According to the SCPD, the guy that gave Helena a ride into town is a 22-year-old Poly Sci major at SCU, and a member of Gamma Tau, which totally explains the whole "I didn't know I was aiding and abetting a known felon" thing. Anyone with boobs can get a frat boy to do anything.
Oliver Queen: I was a frat boy.
Felicity Smoak: I rest my case.
John Diggle: At least she didn't kill him. That's something.

"Arrow: The Scientist (#2.8)" (2013)
Felicity Smoak: Mrs. Queen, welcome back to the company.
Moira Queen: Thank you.
Felicity Smoak: You look fabulous. Really, better than ever. Did you do something to your hair?
Moira Queen: Yes. I shampooed it without eight woman and a guard watching me.
Felicity Smoak: Is it okay to laugh? Because I was ordered not say anything about you being in prison just to avoid any awkward exchanges.
Oliver Queen: Like that one.

Barry Allen: So you've seen him, right? The vigilante? I read that he saved you. What was he like?
Felicity Smoak: Green.
Barry Allen: Green. That's interesting, right? I mean, why green? Black would be better for stealth, and urban camouflage. Me, personally, I think that he trained in some sort of forest or jungle environment, and the green is a nod to that.
Felicity Smoak: I don't give the vigilante much thought.

Felicity Smoak: I was invited to a work notion. It's a party, you got to have a plus one. I was thinking, you and me are very good... plus one.
Barry Allen: There's not gonna be dancing, is there? I'm just not too good on my feet.

"Arrow: Midnight City (#3.11)" (2015)
Felicity Smoak: And by help, you mean money and counsel, and not a suit powered by... dwarf star alloy that fires lasers at people?
Ray Palmer: Well, they aren't lasers. That would be ridiculous. They're compressed hard light beams.

Quentin Lance: We need help, we need it now. Look, I know you said the Arrow is gone. Are you sure about that?
Felicity Smoak: Yes, I am. But I know where to find the Canary.

"Arrow: Broken Arrow (#3.19)" (2015)
Oliver Queen: There's a meta in Starling City that's killing people.
Ray Palmer: A meta, as in human?
Oliver Queen: Yeah.
Felicity Smoak: So, obviously we need to catch this plasma death thing guy. Ugh, now I see why Cisco gives them all names. The police is all over Oliver, so... we need you.
Ray Palmer: And you're okay with this?
Oliver Queen: We need your help.
Ray Palmer: So it's a team up. High-five!

Felicity Smoak: So, uh, what's with the sunglasses, man? We're indoors, and it's well, night. Do you have a sensitivity to the...
Jake Simmons: To light? No.
[removes his sunglasses showing his fiery eyes]
Jake Simmons: I love the light.

"Arrow: Vigilante (#5.7)" (2016)
Oliver Queen: Okay, we are fighting a war on two fronts.
Felicity Smoak: At least.
Evelyn Sharp: So we're stopping other vigilantes now?
Rory Regan: I think what Evelyn's suggesting is we're on the same side as this vigilante fellow.
Oliver Queen: Really? Because last week, all of you were pissed when you found out that the Hood used to play judge, jury, and executioner. We can't have this both ways. We're gonna find Dunne, we're gonna find Vigilante before any more banks get knocked over or people get killed.

John Diggle: Security cameras.
Felicity Smoak: I'm on it.
Rory Regan: Maybe I wasn't paying attention during the briefing, but isn't the point to get caught?
John Diggle: Yeah, not by the cops.
Felicity Smoak: That's why I'm only cutting lines to SCPD.
John Diggle: You two take the safe upstairs, I'll cover from the.
Rory Regan: Okay, isn't that taking the Method acting a little far?
John Diggle: We have to make this look legit.
Rory Regan: Oh, I can't wait to explain that at my arraignment.

"Arrow: The Man Under the Hood (#2.19)" (2014)
Sara Lance: Don't be nervous.
Felicity Smoak: I'm a lot nervous. This is a big move, even for us, and we've cornered the market on big moves.
Oliver Queen: Slade didn't give us any choice.
Felicity Smoak: Yeah, but as far as plans go, this is not a good one.
Oliver Queen: Felicity, this was your plan.
Felicity Smoak: I didn't think you'd actually say yes.

Felicity Smoak: Well, I'll come visit again, as soon as I can.
Cisco Ramon: That would be cool. Don't worry, Barry gets lots of visitors. Iris is there a lot.
Felicity Smoak: Iris?
Cisco Ramon: She's, um, his... Something.
Felicity Smoak: Oh. Sure. Good. That's just swell. Barry's in a coma and he's already moved on.

"Arrow: Streets of Fire (#2.22)" (2014)
Oliver Queen: I didn't know, Felicity. Five years ago, I was a completely different person. And I had... no idea that something like this was even... possible. I couldn't have imagined. When you and Diggle brought me back to Starling City, I made a vow to myself that I would never let anything like the undertaking happen again.
Felicity Smoak: What's happening now is not your fault.
Oliver Queen: Yes, it is. I have failed this city. Yao Fei. Shado. Tommy. My father, my mother. All that I ever wanted to do is honor those people.
Felicity Smoak: You honor the dead by fighting. And you're not done fighting! Malcolm Merlyn, The Count, The Clock King, the Triad - everyone who is trying to hurt this city, you stopped them. And you will stop Slade.
Oliver Queen: I don't know how.
Felicity Smoak: Neither do I. But I do know two things: You are not alone. And I believe in you.

Oliver Queen: Hey. I need you to stay with Roy.
Felicity Smoak: Okay. Oliver, John - um, maybe this is obvious, but are we sure this isn't a trap?
Oliver Queen: No.
Felicity Smoak: I'm just saying, if you guys don't come back alive, I'm going to be really pissed.

"Arrow: Vendetta (#1.8)" (2012)
Felicity Smoak: I hate mysteries. They bug me. They need to be solved.

Felicity Smoak: How was your trip to Australia? I've always wanted to go. Down under. It's just - I have this thing about kangaroos. More of a phobia. They wig me out. They look evil, and I'm sure their picture's up on like everything everywhere in that country.

"Arrow: Nanda Parbat (#3.15)" (2015)
Roy Harper: Look, I may not agree with it, but I understand what you're trying to say. You don't want Thea to live the guilt of getting her own father killed. But how is getting her brother killed any better?
Oliver Queen: I don't plan on dying.
Felicity Smoak: That's what you said the last time you went to go face Ra's, and how did that turn out for you?

Felicity Smoak: Did you get locked out of the Palmer Technologies server? That's a shame.
Ray Palmer: You did this?
Felicity Smoak: I just came from a friend of mine who has his head shoved so far up his colon that - and I'm pretty sure this is true - he's literally going to get himself killed. *Him*, I can't do anything about. You're a different story.
Ray Palmer: Great. Why don't you tell me the story while you unlock the atom subroutine directory?
Felicity Smoak: You have two options, Ray. Option one - you can find the way to break through the encryption that I used to lock up your server, which by my calculations, will take you roughly 6.25 hours. Or you can use that time to eat a proper meal, take a shower, and get no less than five hours of sleep, at the completion of which I will give you the password.
Ray Palmer: I see.
Felicity Smoak: It's your choice, but I highly recommend option two, because this whole situation has gone from endearingly eccentric to creepily not okay.
Ray Palmer: If I'd had the energy, I think I'd be getting angry right now, but instead... I'll just take option two.
Felicity Smoak: That's a wise choice. After your dinner and a shower, I am taking you straight to bed.
Felicity Smoak: Putting you. Why do I do that?

"Arrow: Al Sah-Him (#3.21)" (2015)
Felicity Smoak: If you're gonna keep going out into the field, we should really design you some sort of...
John Diggle: Do not say "costume."
Felicity Smoak: Okay. Identity concealment.

Lyla Michaels: Even if she know what that was, even if I knew what that was, I think Sara's still a little young for chicken cacciatore.
Felicity Smoak: Well, my Mom used to feed me nachos from the bar at The Grand before I was off the bottle, and I turned out normal.
Thea Queen: Ish.

"Arrow: Vertigo (#1.12)" (2013)
Felicity Smoak: [to Oliver] You look like something the cat dragged in. Not that there are cats in this building. Well, once a cat did get in, but a guard tazed it. It smelled like fur and static in here for a week.

Oliver Queen: My buddy Kevin is starting an energy drink company. He says it's fantastic for curing hangovers, but I am very particular about what it is I put in my body.
Felicity Smoak: I've noticed.
[realizing what she said]
Felicity Smoak: I said "not noticed", right?
Oliver Queen: [handing over a syringe of Vertigo] I'm trying to find a secret recipe. Could you please do a spectro-analysis of the sample and find out exactly where in the city it's made?
Felicity Smoak: If it's an energy drink, why is it in a syringe?
Oliver Queen: I ran out of sports bottles.
Felicity Smoak: [mouthing to herself] Okay.
John Diggle: [as Felicity leaves, he and Oliver get onto the elevator] Your BS stories are getting worse.
Oliver Queen: Well aware.

"Arrow: Blood Debts (#4.10)" (2016)
Oliver Queen: You know... I think I want to go to Bali.
Felicity Smoak: Yeah.
Oliver Queen: Want to come with me?
Felicity Smoak: Yeah. I'd go anywhere with you.
Oliver Queen: Yeah?
Felicity Smoak: Just one question.
Oliver Queen: Mm-hmm?
Felicity Smoak: What's Damian Darhk doing in Bali? I only ask 'cause if he's still here, we have some work to do.
Oliver Queen: How'd you get to be so strong?
Felicity Smoak: I took my lead from you.

Oliver Queen: [Scene showing four months later] Are you okay?
Felicity Smoak: Are you?
Oliver Queen: No.
Felicity Smoak: You know what you have to do right? You have to kill that son of a bitch!

"Arrow: The Climb (#3.9)" (2014)
Felicity Smoak: Whoa. What is it?
Ray Palmer: OMAC is a Queen Consolidated designation. But I'm kinda partial to A.T.O.M. Advanced Technology Operating Mechanism. A.T.O.M.
Felicity Smoak: What are you going to use it for?
Ray Palmer: To protect the people of this city. And I want you to help me.
Felicity Smoak: Why does this keep happening to me?

Felicity Smoak: But there is one thing I need to ask you to do. And you're not going to want to.
Oliver Queen: Well, if it's you asking, I'll do it.
Felicity Smoak: Kill him. You have to kill Ra's al Ghul. This is a duel... Oliver, with one of the most dangerous men that has ever walked the Earth.
Oliver Queen: I wouldn't be doing it if I didn't think I can win.
Felicity Smoak: I don't doubt that. I don't doubt that you can beat him. I am terrified that you won't kill him. Because that's not who you are anymore. And I am so afraid that Ra's al Ghul will use your humanity against you.
Oliver Queen: Felicity, I honestly don't know if I'm a killer anymore. But I do know two things - the first is that whoever I am, I am someone who will do whatever - *whatever* - it takes to save my sister.
Felicity Smoak: And the second thing?
Oliver Queen: I love you.

"Arrow: Restoration (#4.3)" (2015)
Curtis Holt: Since when are you such a bad ass?
Felicity Smoak: Since always.

Curtis Holt: You want me to take a look at your phone for you, Miss Smoak?
Felicity Smoak: I think we've reached the point in our working relationship where you can call me Felicity.
Curtis Holt: Have you ever considered how ironic your name is? "Felicity" refers to the ability to find appropriate expression for one's thoughts, which is not exactly something you're particularly good at.
Felicity Smoak: Yeah, you're right. Let's stick with Miss Smoak.

"Arrow: Identity (#2.2)" (2013)
Felicity Smoak: Did you know I went to M.I.T.? Guess what I majored in? Hint - Not the secretarial arts.
Oliver Queen: Felicity! We all need to have secret identities now. If I'm going to be Oliver Queen CEO, then I can't very well travel down 18 floors every time you and I need to discuss how we spend our nights.
Felicity Smoak: And I love spending the night with you. 3, 2, 1. I worked very hard to get where I am, and it wasn't so I can fetch you coffee.
John Diggle: Well, it could be worse. My secret identity is his black driver.

Oliver Queen: Ms. Smoak. Would you get my guest and I some coffee?
Felicity Smoak: You know, I would Mr. Queen, but it seems that someone has broken the coffeemaker. Violently.

"Arrow: Beyond Redemption (#4.4)" (2015)
Quentin Lance: You have got to be kidding me.
Felicity Smoak: [to Oliver] Oh, no, um, not to complain, but you do know you just brought a police captain into our secret lair?
Quentin Lance: Don't worry, I've got enough to put you away for 25 years. Kidding.

Felicity Smoak: Your texts were "911" "OMG" "ASAP" "!" I do not have time to respond to something that doesn't contain at least one actual word.

"Arrow: Salvation (#1.18)" (2013)
Felicity Smoak: Nothing. It's just - you went over there to get all "Grrr. Stop being bad or I'll arrow you." And now you want to rescue him?
Oliver Queen: I don't like the idea that somebody dangerous is out there... Somebody else. Because typically they don't show my level of restraint.

"Arrow: Monument Point (#4.21)" (2016)
Lyla Michaels: Rubicon is a fail-safe against nuclear Armageddon. A.R.G.U.S. designed it to be 100% unhackable.
Oliver Queen: No, she can do it. She's the best.
Felicity Smoak: Well, actually, that woule be my father, as far as Rubicon is concerned. It uses Fourier protocols. Noah practically wrote the book on them.
[seeing Oliver's expression]
Felicity Smoak: The world is facing nuclear Armageddon. My pride and my general dislike for my father can take a backseat for the next twenty plus hours.
John Diggle: Felicity, this isn't about pride. Your father's a criminal. He can't be trusted.
Felicity Smoak: I'm not saying we should trust him. I'm saying we need to.

"Arrow: Canary Cry (#4.19)" (2016)
Oliver Queen: Are you okay?
Felicity Smoak: Are you?
Oliver Queen: No.
Oliver Queen: You know what you have to do right? You have to kill that son of a bitch.
Oliver Queen: I know. I don't know how.
Felicity Smoak: Because of his magic.
Oliver Queen: His ma - it's too strong. I've seen it before, back on Lian Yu. And whenever I have come up against it I have gone nowhere. It - he feels unstoppable.
Felicity Smoak: I refuse to believe that. I refuse to let you believe that. If Darkh wins, Laurel died for nothing. I fell in love with you for many reasons and one of those reasons is is that you always find a way, and you have to find a way now, for Laurel, for the city... For all of us.

"Arrow: Sara (#3.2)" (2014)
Felicity Smoak: Do you even know how difficult it is to ping a clone off a hacked transband multiplex?
Roy Harper: No, but only because you weren't speaking English just now.

"Arrow: City of Heroes (#2.1)" (2013)
Oliver Queen: The city still needs saving. But not by the Hood. Or some vigilante who's just crossing names off a list. It needs something more.
John Diggle: It needs a hero, Oliver.
Felicity Smoak: It's too bad The Hoods kind of ruined your nickname.
Oliver Queen: No, it's good. I don't want to be called The Hood anymore.
John Diggle: Okay. So what do you want to be called?
[close up of the green arrow on the shaft]

"Arrow: Brotherhood (#4.7)" (2015)
Felicity Smoak: I just remembered, I got that thing, in the whatever, with the whatsit...

"Arrow: Unfinished Business (#1.19)" (2013)
Felicity Smoak: My only encounter with drugs was with a pot brownie my freshman year. By mistake! Which could have been fun, except I'm allergic to nuts.

"Arrow: Suicidal Tendencies (#3.17)" (2015)
Felicity Smoak: Last year, Ray's fiancée was killed by Mirakuru men. And now he wants to protect the city, so he built a suit out of military-grade technology and he wants to put you in jail, so he used my software to track you down, and he scanned you with his x-rays and now he knows you're the Arrow and he's going to tell the cops.
Oliver Queen: Palmer knows I'm the Arrow? And he has his own mission to protect the city? When were going to tell me this?
Felicity Smoak: I have been getting that a lot today. Look, it's not important. Here's what is - he's going to tell the police who you are!
Roy Harper: Wait, Ray built a super suit? That's kind of awesome. And reckless.

"Arrow: Tremors (#2.12)" (2014)
Roy Harper: How many people know what - Who you are?
Oliver Queen: Too many. But these are the only two that matter. John Diggle and Felicity Smoak.
Roy Harper: Does this group have a name? Like Team Arrow, or something?
Oliver Queen: We don't call ourselves that.
Felicity Smoak: I do. Occasionally.
Oliver Queen: Stop.
John Diggle: Whatever. Welcome aboard.

"The Flash: Paradox (#3.2)" (2016)
Felicity Smoak: There's a whole new guy at work that you didn't even know about?
Barry Allen: Yeah. And he's worked there for almost a year. And he doesn't like me very much, apparently.
Felicity Smoak: Well, that's impossible. Everybody likes Barry Allen. You're like pudding. Everybody likes pudding.

"Arrow: Dead to Rights (#1.16)" (2013)
Felicity Smoak: You don't happen to speak spanish, do you?
John Diggle: Arabic.
Felicity Smoak: Oh, le sigh.

"Arrow: Taken (#4.15)" (2016)
Felicity Smoak: [Oliver is trying to explain why he hid William's existence from her] God, Oliver, you're the only person on the planet who considers the truth complicated.

"Arrow: Lone Gunmen (#1.3)" (2012)
Oliver Queen: I'm having some trouble with my computer and they told me that you were the person to come and see. I was at my coffee shop surfing the web and I spilt a latte on it.
Felicity Smoak: Really?
Oliver Queen: Yeah.
Felicity Smoak: 'Cause these look like bullet holes.
Oliver Queen: My coffee shop is in a bad neighborhood.

"Arrow: Seeing Red (#2.20)" (2014)
Felicity Smoak: Anyone else crave dim sum after fisticuffs? No? Okay. Dumplings for one, then.

"Arrow: Public Enemy (#3.18)" (2015)
Donna Smoak: Oh, my God. Did you and Ray just do it in this hospital? Did you just have hospital sex?
Felicity Smoak: No!
Donna Smoak: Oh! I've always wanted to have hospital sex!
Felicity Smoak: Way TMI! Gross!

"Arrow: Left Behind (#3.10)" (2015)
Felicity Smoak: You have that look that you always get right before you tell Oliver something... Sagely.
John Diggle: Yes and this is about Oliver.
Felicity Smoak: You think I'm in denial.
John Diggle: I think 4 days ago Oliver challenged the worlds greatest assassin to a duel.
Felicity Smoak: He survived Lian yu and Hong Kong... And god knows what else, he defeated Malcolm Merlyn, and Slade Wilson. You have to believe in him.
John Diggle: Well I do believe in him Felicity. It's just that I'm preparing myself for the possibility that things didn't go Oliver way. Not this time. You need to prepare yourself too.
[Walks away from the room]
Felicity Smoak: [Takes deep breath] Please Oliver where are you?

"Arrow: Sacrifice (#1.23)" (2013)
Quentin Lance: You're not exactly a hardened criminal, are you?
Felicity Smoak: No, I'm not any kind of criminal.
Quentin Lance: What do you call computer hacking?
Felicity Smoak: A hobby. That I do not engage in.

"Arrow: Home Invasion (#1.20)" (2013)
Felicity Smoak: I thought it would be helpful to track A.R.G.U.S' manhunt for Floyd Lawton aka Deadshot. So I decrypted their communication logs. Which means, I just hacked a federal agency. Kind of makes me a cyber-terrorist, which is bad because I really don't see myself fitting in well at Guantanamo Bay.
Oliver Queen: Don't worry, Felicity. They don't send blondes there.
Felicity Smoak: I dye it, actually.
[to Oliver]
Felicity Smoak: I keep your secret!

"Arrow: A Matter of Trust (#5.3)" (2016)
Oliver Queen: [angry that Wild Dog defied an order] Last week, you said that you needed to be able to trust me. Fine. Well, I need to be able to trust you. If I can't, then why am I wasting my time with you?
Felicity Smoak: [Oliver leaves] Never in my entire life did I think that I was gonna meet somebody more stubborn than him. I would have lost that bet.

"Arrow: Year's End (#1.9)" (2012)
Oliver Queen: Felicity, you're remarkable.
Felicity Smoak: Thank you for remarking on it.

"Arrow: Eleven-Fifty-Nine (#4.18)" (2016)
Dr. Schwartz: Just out of recovery. She's gonna be fine. She's a strong woman, your friend.
Felicity Smoak: The strongest.

"The Flash: Going Rogue (#1.4)" (2014)
Felicity Smoak: Your shoes are smoking!
Barry Allen: That-that-that's fine. It, uh, happens sometimes. That's why I have a friction-proof suit.

"Arrow: Trust But Verify (#1.11)" (2013)
Felicity Smoak: So, no wine, then?

"Arrow: The Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak (#3.5)" (2014)
Donna Smoak: Honey, I came to see you. For a visit. Look, look, look. Didn't you get my text?
Felicity Smoak: Mom, to send a text, you actually have to press "send" on the text.
Donna Smoak: Oh, okay, not a big deal, I'll do it right now.
