Jigsaw (Character)
from Punisher: War Zone (2008)

Jigsaw is Billy Russo, a mob killer that was known as Billy the Beaut for his handsome features.

Russo worked for a Mafia Don named Bruno Costa, the man responsible for the deaths of Frank Castle's family. Costa sent Russo to firebomb Castle's house, but when the two met Russo's face was badly scarred by the Punisher, who threw him out of a plate glass window and left him for dead. Russo managed to pull through, but surgeons were unable to successfully repair the damage to his face, leaving Russo with a pattern of grotesque facial scars that strongly resembled a jigsaw puzzle. Swearing revenge on the Punisher, Russo took on the moniker Jigsaw and set himself up in the criminal underworld, pooling all of his resources and training his body and mind towards one single goal -- the death of the Punisher.

While he has no powers of his own, Jigsaw is a powerful figure in organized crime, with a small army of hired killers and a vast array of illegal weaponry at his disposal. He has trained himself in hand-to-hand combat to the point where he is able to hold his own in a fight against the Punisher, and is so preoccupied with pursuing his vendetta that it has become a psychotic obsession.
