Tony is a highly motivated new camp owner who is interacting with children for the first time. His life is dedicated to saying things like 'YES!' and 'You Better Believe It!'

He is creating an infomercial to publicize the camp hope, but turns it into camp hell instead. He is insane from the get go but becomes extremely dangerous towards the end when he takes the kids on a 20 mile hike. He is eventually captured and mildly tortured and containted. Upon escaping, he chugs multiple glasses of water and breaks them on the floor only to perform multiple backflips over the broken glass.

He is finally ended when he judo chops Maury Garner who then punches his lights out. He then is taken away by his father while he is wrapped in blankets like an infantile child.
