House on Haunted Hill (1999)
Eddie Baker: Oh, so then we'll just stay here 'til morning.
Watson Pritchett: [sarcastic] Oh, great. I'm sure we'll all be mutilated beyond recognition by then.

Eddie Baker: Me and you all three. Woohoo, let's boogie!

Eddie Baker: What good is a million dollars when you're dead?

Eddie Baker: [talking to Steven Price while holding up bloody rag] Look at this! Huh? What is this?
Watson Pritchett: [turns around] That? What just happened to you there... that's nothing. You've just been playing around with a ghost. Wait til somebody lets out the Darkness in this place. That's a whole... that's a whole new bunch of crazy shit. That's... you'll hate that shit.

Sara Wolfe: I'm trying to figure out who or what Melissa was taping when she disappeared.
Eddie Baker: Right, then where will we be?
Watson Pritchett: Out of Scotch thanks to you, ass!

[Steven Price surprises Eddie, Sara, and Pritchett. Eddie almost shoots Price with his gun]
Eddie Baker: That's a good way to get your head blown off, man!
Steven H. Price: I'll recommend it to Evelyn.

Eddie Baker: I had nothing to do with this! I was adopted!

Eddie Baker: That was the most fun I've had all day.
Sara Wolfe: You need to get out more.

[Prichett appears behind Sarah and Eddie after they find a dead body]
Eddie Baker: Holy shit!
Watson Pritchett: Booga booga.

Eddie Baker: [Eddie and Sara are atop a tall tower] That was one kickass party!
Sara Wolfe: OK but one more thing: How do we get down from here?
[Eddie and Sara laugh at their amusing predicament]

Eddie Baker: I've never in my life met an executive who could tie their shoes, much less rewire an entire building.
Sara Wolfe: There's always exceptions.
Eddie Baker: No. Come on, what's the truth?
Sara Wolfe: The truth is if we keep taking rights, we're going to have to end up where we started.

House on Haunted Hill (1959)
Watson Pritchard: [shows everyone a knife] This is what she used on my brother and her sister, hacked them to pieces. We found parts of their bodies all over the house, in places you wouldn't think. A funny thing is the heads have never been found - hands and feet and things like that, but no heads.
Dr. David Trent: The wife, probably in a fit of rage, threatened her husband with the knife, and then, carried away by hysteria, took a swing at him and simply went on from there.
Lance Schroeder: [laughing] She certainly went on. How many people did she kill, Mr. Pritchard?
Watson Pritchard: Only two, her husband and her sister, nobody else was here.
Lance Schroeder: So there are two loose heads just floating around here someplace?
Watson Pritchard: You can hear them at night, they whisper to each other, and then cry.

Lance Schroeder: If I were gonna haunt somebody, this would certainly be the house I'd do it in.

Annabelle Loren: My husband is sometimes insane with jealousy. Nothing matters to him!
Lance Schroeder: Would he hurt you?
Annabelle Loren: He would kill me if he could.

Lance Schroeder: I'm going to my room and if anybody comes in, I'll shoot him.
[looking at Ruth]
Lance Schroeder: Or her.

Lance Schroeder: [shows severed head found in Nora's closet] What do you know about this?
Watson Pritchard: They've taken her. In a little while she'll be one of them.
Lance Schroeder: WHERE'S NORA? Where is she?
Watson Pritchard: It's too late, it's too late, you'll never find her again!
Lance Schroeder: Pritchard, if you know where she is you better tell me now!
Watson Pritchard: She's gone! She's gone with them, and there's nothing you can do about it.
[a woman screams from somewhere in the house, then chokes and becomes silent]

Nora Manning: [comes around corner, whispering] Lance, hide me, please, hide me!
Lance Schroeder: What?
Nora Manning: Hide me!
[they go to his room and lock the door, she regains her voice]
Nora Manning: He tried to kill me! He grabbed me and choked me and put me in that room, and then he went away and left me!
Lance Schroeder: Who?
Nora Manning: He thought I was dead!
Lance Schroeder: Who?
Nora Manning: Mr. Loren.
Lance Schroeder: Are you sure about this?
Nora Manning: I don't know, it was dark but it must've been him.
Lance Schroeder: Has anybody seen you since he left you?
Nora Manning: I don't know. I heard some people in that room but I went by and nobody saw me.
Lance Schroeder: Mrs. Loren is dead.
Nora Manning: But how?
Lance Schroeder: Loren said she committed suicide, but I think somebody killed her.
Nora Manning: Him?

Lance Schroeder: Do you think it would do any good if you went in and talked to her?
Ruth: Well, do you think there really was a head in her suitcase?
Lance Schroeder: I don't know.
Ruth: A thing like that would put me right over the edge.
