Biography for
Operations (Character)

He is section head. Recruited as a non-commissioned Army officer he worked (or possibly back stabbed) his way up to the current position as Operations of the Section that does the dirty (wet) work.

His real name is Paul L. Wolfe and he got his job by doing in the previous head of Operations. who eventually re-surfaced and came after his head. He stopped that action in it's tracks.

He is ruthless, cold-hearted and blood-thirsty. He almost rates the rank of cannibal.

He once brainwashed and controlled his own boss, Oversight, using Oversight's own methodology.

He has a personal thing for Nikita, because she's a softy and not heartless like he is, also she corrupted his own senior leader, Michael, with her soft side and sense of fair play. She also became a sort of mentor or unofficial ring leader over staffers like Walter and Birkoff, who would risk their own lives for her ways and means.

He is, however, a total professional and even though he lost his major power and authority once and was given a protection assignment he met that assignment to a total conclusion risking life and limb without hesitation.
