Jackie Chiles is a fictional character on the television sitcom Seinfeld. An obvious parody of famed defense attorney Johnnie Cochran, Chiles uses superfluous language and often describes things with a series of three adjectives ("outrageous, egregious, preposterous.") Jackie represented Cosmo Kramer in his lawsuits against a coffee shop, Sue Ellen Mischke, and the tobacco company, a debacle which Chiles dubbed "the most public yet of my many humiliations". He also represented Jerry, George, Elaine, and Kramer when they were arrested for violating the "Good Samaritan Law".

Chiles is played by Phil Morris.
