[Scully leaves the room; the Cigarette Smoking Man stubs out a cigarette and lights a new one. Skinner takes off his glasses and sits next to Mulder]
Walter Skinner: Fox... you are one of the finest, most unique agents in the nearly sixty-year history of this institution. I mean, we were talking about you when you were in the academy.
