Notes:	The event takes place since 1999. Up to 2002 the balloting for the awards has been organized by Seventeen magazine, from 2003 onwards Teen People magazine has taken over. Teen People aims to be the definitive voice of youth culture. Published ten times a year with two newsstand special editions, Teen People's guaranteed circulation is 1.45 million. An AOL Time Warner property, it is the adolescent version of People magazine. (as of 2005) Seventeen magazine is the largest monthly beauty/fashion magazine in America written for young women 12 to 24 years old.
