Notes:	The festival takes place since 1976 and is known for its wide-ranging programming, which includes the latest in European, Asian and Third World Cinema as well as the premieres of American Independent and major studio releases. The festival also features a Secret Festival and an annual poster auction. Is one of only seven film festivals in North America chosen to qualify films for consideration in the Independent Spirit Awards (as of 2003).
