House of the Dragon S2 Will Explore Aemond's 'Shadow Side', Says Actor Ewan Mitchell - Main Image
Fans have seen Aemond Targaryen as a major villain in House of the Dragon after his dragon, Vhagar, kills Arrax and its master, Lucerys Velaryon, in the first season finale.
Despite this negative connotation given to Aemond, Ewan Mitchell teases his character will “surprise people” in the upcoming House of the Dragon Season 2.
Aemond House of the Dragon Season One
Aemond didn’t see the death of Lucerys and Arrax coming as he and his dragon, Vhagar, chased the two.
Aemond and Lucerys lost control of their dragons, with Arrax breathing fire on Vhagar against Lucerys’ protest.
But just when Lucerys thought they were safe after regaining control of Arrax and commanding him to fly over the storm clouds, an enraged Vhagar appeared, bit Arrax in pieces, and ate Lucerys whole.

The Madame Web actress made her name known all around the world with the erotic drama trilogy Fifty Shades of Grey (2015 - 2018) and the horror film Suspiria (2018). However, Dakota Johnson is also very much of a comedy performer.
Although the romantic comedy How to Be Single (2016) and the dramedy The Peanut Butter Falcon (2019), that starred the actress, weren’t quite successful, the 2022 movie that is now holding the second place on HBO’s global top is truly a must-watch.

House of the Dragon’s Matt Smith is set to come back as Daemon Targaryen in the show’s upcoming second season that’s just a week away from landing on streaming, and this time the character will surely be nothing like we saw him in the first season.
Usually quite unhinged, yet still villainous and relentless in his determination to do good for his family (but mostly himself), Daemon will come back as a quiet support for Rhaenyra who is set to change her gowns and jewelry for a shield and a sword.
Ahead of those major changes that House of the Dragon season 2 will bring alongside its full-scale war between the Blacks and the Greens, the actor reflected on what it would be like for his other iconic character to be transported to Game of Thrones’ universe, and, even given his total inconsistency with George R.R. House Targaryen — and all of Westeros — is on the brink of civil war as the Game of Thrones spinoff House of the Dragon returns for Season 2 on Sunday, June 16, at 9/8c on HBO and Max. In King’s Landing, Aegon II (Tom Glynn-Carney) has been crowned Lord of the Seven Kingdoms and Protector of the Realm. But across Blackwater Bay at Dragonstone, Rhaenyra Targaryen (Emma D’Arcy) is fighting for her place in the succession. How did Rhaenyra and her former Bff’s son become dueling heirs to the Iron Throne? You can blame Hightower meddling, Targaryen incest, and one big dragon bite for this mess. Here’s a recap of the first season’s 10 episodes. Season 1, Episode 1: “The Heirs of the Dragon” The series starts with Princess Rhaenys (Eve Best) getting passed over for the throne in favor of cousin Viserys I Targaryen (Paddy Considine). But, as we all know now,...

House of the Dragon’s second season is less than a week away from its Max premiere, and the looming full-scale war between the Blacks and the Greens is very likely to introduce some more villainous characters that before opted for staying in the shadows.
With all the revelations coming from the show’s creators and leading actors, it won’t come as a surprise that Game of Thrones’ prequel will now bring Rhaenyra and Alicent’s grown-up children to the main stage proving that their roles in the bloody battle will be much more significant than ever before.
Now that most of the fans are already aware of who will completely turn to their evil side in the next installment, the character’s actor opened up about the main inspiration source for the series’ new season, and it does sound scary even before the episodes’ arrival on streaming.

Actor Matt Smith was among those who instantly captivated showrunner Ryan Condal‘s attention. He was a promising talent who would have looked right at home in King’s Landing’s shadowy back lanes. Condal was further encouraged to sign him on by his recent portrayal of King Phillip in The Crown. And it seems like his character Daemon’s arc is his favorite in House of the Dragon‘s second season.
Ryan Condal is proud of Daemon’s storyline in Season 2
Daemon Targaryen is George R. R. Martin’s favorite Targaryen. He is also favored by the audience despite all of his flaws. Condal recently talked to SFX magazine, discussing his favorite storyline from House of the Dragon Season 2:
“The story that I’m most particularly proud of this year is Daemon’s story. It was very hard to break and very challenging to dramatize and film and then edit.

Plot: Westeros is on the brink of a bloody civil war with the Green and Black Councils fighting for King Aegon and Queen Rhaenyra, respectively.

While many fans of Eric Kripke’s writing are now enjoying The Boys, as the show is about to release its fourth season, there is another group of fans, still longing for the return of The CW hit Supernatural. Even more so, they wish to see Kripke take back the creative control over the revival, leading the Winchester brothers to more adventures.
The Boys fans, on the other hand, have an opposite reaction to the idea of the show lasting for many more seasons, instead of ending at 5, like Kripke used to promise before. However, there isn’t much to fear right now. The creator doesn’t truly believe any similar show could repeat Supernatural’s success today.
Is Supernatural Season 16 in the Works?
While fans believe they have seen many different hints and clues pointing to the revival of the series, there is no official confirmation of this happening.

With a repertoire of acclaimed films and shows under her belt, Emily Carey has stepped in the shoes of many characters. She’s played the thrill-seeking Lara Croft in Tomb Raider, portrayed a young Alicent Hightower in the Got spinoff House of the Dragon, and most recently depicted the social pariah but incredibly clever teen, Harriet Manners in Netflix’s Geek Girl.

Caution is a concept most Targaryens have difficulty wrapping their silver-maned heads around, but it's been an essential component in making the televised account of their family history, House Of The Dragon, work as well as it has. Given the critical disaster that was the final (two? three? four?) seasons of Game Of Thrones, it came as no surprise that HBO approached its prequel series as carefully as it did during its favorably reviewed first season. But this caginess has been a two-way street; no one forgets getting burned by a dragon (show) twice. ...

Review: Everything old is new again. In 1990, Harrison Ford led the first adaptation of Presumed Innocent, based on the best-selling novel by Scott Turow. A critical success and the eighth-highest-grossing film of the year, Presumed Innocent was a masterful courtroom thriller from director Alan J. Pakula that also delivered one of the best twists ever. While it spawned two small-screen sequels, neither lived up to the original film. Over three decades later, we are getting a remake of Presumed Innocent from the one-two punch of David E. Kelley and J.J. Abrams.

One of the most underrated and appreciated aspects of any project is its sound design. Music and sound effects are what bring life to any film, and despite this, they are given the least amount of credit when a film is being made. Although, in some way, this department is supposed to hide in the shadows, John Williams still managed to shine in the Star Wars franchise.

Over the years, he has worked as a composer for every single iconic project from the franchise, as well as others outside its world. The best example of his genius would be the 1983 film, Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, where he had to join hands with two other legends, Ben Burtt and Randy Thom.

Doctor Who is garnering immense attention especially after the episode premiered Saturday evening. It featured a same-sex kiss between the fifteenth doctor played by Ncuti Gatwa and Jonathan Groff’s Bounty Rogue. Steven Spielberg is unarguably one of those legendary genius directors in the entertainment industry who quite literally changed the course of cinema through his masterpieces.
If anything, he has redefined the general approach to making films through his own brilliantly iconic ideas, especially with movies like his $212 million critically acclaimed horror comedy from 1984, Gremlins.

This is because these two respective movies led to the birth of the very viewer rating that has been used ever since in MCU projects!

House of the Dragon Season 2 will premiere on June 16th, and fans are gearing up in anticipation. The series is based on George R. R. Martin’s fictional history book Fire and Blood.
